Very very satisfied with the service I received. My nails are absolutely beautiful and I am so pleased.
Requested style: I have white tips and they are so beautiful. I get lots of compliments
Cleanliness: Very neat and clean. The shop is spotless and the technicians all wear masks.
Stylist: I am not sure if the young lady's name but she did an excellent job.

I was extremely happy with my first set of nails about 4 months ago. The service has been worsening every since. They don't listen or hear what I am asking for, they don't want to do what I'm asking for. Yesterday, the owner complained that it took 3 hours for a mani and pedi. Which he didn't even finish my pedicure. My nails are thick. And it was over priced. I'm not going back again. I will say the nail design is what I asked for and that's it.

I walked in to an empty salon. I should have known. Man asked me what I wanted and then pointed to a chair. I asked him to soak my nails off, he said it takes too long and pried my nails off. After he glued my tips I noticed they were angled upwards so I asked him why they were this way. He immediately told me that's how coffin nails look. I said I've never seen this before. He grabbed nail clippers and went to take my nails off and said he's been doing nails for 35 years. The lady said I question what he does and I should leave. I asked if he wanted me to leave, he said "yes, you're crazy. You act like I don't know what I'm doing so leave." I began to laugh because this was so absurd. 2 customers came in and I could see the surprise on their faces during this exchange. Very rude. Just an angry demeanor.
