I was helped immediately and Chris was extremely helpful and polite in helping to completely resolve my issues with phone to phone transfer.
Both representitives were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

They had placed an order to pick up at store and put in their own address wrong. Went to the store to get it fixed and it wasn’t helpful at all. They couldn’t do anything regarding address change. They informed us that we would have to contact UPS to be able to get our order. We contacted UPS and they weren’t able to help because the ones who can actually make changes or fix anything had to be AT&T.

I went to request a sim and this guy Éric didn't want to sell it to me, he said that only if I bought a plan with them, the offer I want is only online and I just need the sim, and in a store in Tucson they had given me one that in fact Until they gave it to me here, I wanted to pay for it. I know it costs .99 cents, but the very dignified man did not want to sell it to me if I did not take the prepaid plan with them and he bothered me because of the most despotic way of treating a client. I reported it to ATT to see if they would pull his ears for treating a customer badly and those at ATT told me that if he had to sell it to me or give it to me, it would be another new line.

Went there to return an item as we were told we could. We were met with a terrible attitude by an employee. He was rude & kept saying we didn't need to be there we should just mail it back. Another employee tried to stop him multiple times from being so rude and disrespectful.. but he just kept going. I would NOT recommend this location at all... Terrible customer service.
