Diego and mike !!! These two are knowledgeable when it comes to cars very patient and respectful gentleman. Usually people are rude and rushing you out we all have seen it, but these two well complete opposite. If you need anything regarding your vehicle come to the autozone off Eastlake to see them, these guys definitely know what they’re talking about.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. Never buy a battery from this place. Not only do they not rotate their stock to make sure you get a good battery, they don't even know how to charge them. If you decide to buy a battery here and they tell you it's dead, please take it to interstate battery where they can handle your battery much better. The warranty is a joke because sometimes they apply it and sometimes they don't. Either way you won't know the difference because the price is the same. The staff knows nothing about batteries, especially how to charge them. Sad, but because of this experience, not only will I never set foot in an AutoZone again, I will make sure everyone I see knows how I feel and I will explain exactly what happened to me so that they don't make the same mistake. Their business practices are shameful at best. $240 for a battery. I haven't even had two years and they are not even willing to work with me. Instead they wanted to upsell me the same battery or shame me for trying to buy something cheaper saying it's only used for people trying to sell their car.

I took my oil container to get it dumped. Employee told me to go to the back to dump it myself. There was no customers in the store, the employees were free and neither of them offered to help me. They showed me where to dump it. Customers aren't allowed to go to the back and it's also unsafe.

Excellent service. Car wouldn't turn on and had to jump start it at work. Stopped at AutoZone at Eastlake and Mr. Mike was able to check the battery and replace it. Great customer service. Highly recommend this location.

STORE MANAGER WAS HELPING ME BUY A HORN FOR MY VEHICLE. AS I PICKED UP THE HORN OFF THE PEGG I NOTICED THE DAMAGED AND OPENED PACKAGE. I QUICKLY NOTIFIED THE STORE MANAGER WHICH HE WAS THE ONE ASSISTING ME THAT DAY. I THEN ASK IF I MAY RETURN IT IF ITS DAMAGED SINCE THE PACKAGE IS OPENED THEN HE PROCEEDS TO TELL ME THAT HE CANT ACCEPT A RETURN IF I PURCHASE IT. I THEN PROCEED TO TELL HIM THAT SOMEONE CLEARLY HAD ALREADY RETURNED IT AND HE THEN SAYS WELL IM ONLY TRYING TO BE FAIR AND DO THE JOB BY THE RULES. SO THEN I TELL HIM THAT IF IT HAS ALREADY BEEN RETURNED AND OPENED THEN HE SHOULD NOT SELL IT AT ALL IF HES NOT GOING TO ALLOW SOMEONE ELSE TO PURCHASE IT AND RETURN IT AS WELL. HE STAYED QUIET AND THEN SAID WELL IF YOU BUY IT AND WANT TO RETURN IT JUST MAKE SURE WE JUST DONT KNOW ABOUT IT AND IF WE DONT CATCH IT THEN ITS FINE. KEEP IN MIND THIS IS THE STORE MANAGER WE ARE TALKING ABOUT. SO WHY NOT DAMAGE OUT THE PRODUCT AND NOT SELL IT AT ALL IF I CANT GET THE SAME SERVICE SOMEONE HAD ALREADY HAD. SIMPLE JUST DONT SELL SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN OPENED AND THAT YOU WONT ALLOW A RETURN FOR.
