“Pros:
Good for when weather is cold/bad and can't bathe dogs at home outside or for people who can't bathe dogs inside their home.
No delay when change from shampoo to rinse etc.
Water and blower air warm. Space is clean.
Owner was nice.
You can also wash your vehicle there in the open bays.
Cons:
The debit/credit card machine sucks, wasn't working.
I put 2 $10 cash bills and only got 13 minutes to start. No change given, but $20 for 13 minutes was not expected. Machine states $15 to start, it ate my other $5 and added time by putting a couple more dollar bills in machine.
Overall: it's a cool idea and needed for el paso. Perfect for those can't wash their dogs at home or for when groomer won't accept a mean dog. Remember to use the last 60 seconds to rinse disinfect the tub. Owner was onsite and will check. At least I mentioned the card machine wasn't working. Make sure to have three $5 bills and the rest of your choosing in single dollar bills.
Ps...take a towel to dry your dog.

“Went there for here this early morning and was very pleased with the timing the car wash was done. My truck came out looking great. All I went for was a hand wash no interior cleaning. I was very pleased with the quality, timing and attention to detail for the price. Very reasonable for a hand wash, well worth it. I recommend giving them a try if you just need an exterior wash. I’m sure they do a good inside cleaning as well I just didn’t get one. Great job keep up the good work.”

You would think that this wouldn't be a big deal considering all the other unholy grime that comes off of trucks. I'm giving 4 stars because they did a good job washing my truck. I also noticed the manager getting his hands dirty and even came across the street and detailedj another truck.”

“I had the sweetest experience at Mister Car Wash on North Loop in El Paso, all thanks to Ray Lomas! I had just pulled up with my two sweet girl dogs, and Ray absolutely adored them. “Decent car wash, it says it is open 24/7, however I’m not sure how long the attendant that helps you pay an pre-washes your car is there. Prefer this wash because it has ZERO rollers and completely contact-less. Other washes scratch my paint.”

“Mister is good to like knock the dirt off your vehicle, but get ready to remove residue and soap from the rear of it. That big rolling towel stops about mid car, so it doesn't do much. I wish it was like at the beginning, with real people drying the cars. Also, they need to have the full wash option (with interior) at more locations. That'd be great.”

“I’ve only been here twice and this place has earned my loyalty. I only get the basic wash and my car comes out sparkling. I love that they hand dry the car. I rolled down my window to give them a tip when they were done, and when I rolled it back up, it had a water line on the window and she told me to wait so that she could clean it up, literally best customer service at any car wash I’ve ever been to.”
