The work was not done at the Lee Trevino address however they picked up and even offered drop off at my residence. Much easier. So call the number first. “Average carwash, great customer service.This drive-thru carwash is like most other drive-thru carwashes; you drive through it, the machines do their job, they rinse, they squirt (your vehicle with chemicals), they scrub, they dry, they blow (air onto your vehicle), etc.The wash was mediocre at best, but let's be honest, most are.The only reason I'm giving it a five (5) star review is because of they kid who helped us at the entrance, he was very polite and funny.Thank you Brandon Diaz!”

“Fairly decent car wash. Not the worst, not the best, but it is the closest self service car wash in the area. I will say it is kept clean. What I really enjoy is that the bays take credit cards, I don’t need to run to the gas station and buy a pack of gum with a 20 just so I can get some dollar bills. I didn’t see any suds when using the high-pressure soap, and you can’t smell the wax when you use the wax. Hopefully we are getting some out of the nozzle. Nonetheless, my truck does come out clean with a normal amount of elbow grease.”

“One of the stalls was stuck on "Your car wash is ready. Move forward." (Or whatever the automated statement is.) The truck in front of me wasn't able to get the wash he paid for, so I backed up and went to the next stall and was able to purchase and recieve the car wash. The truck tried pressing the help button but ended up backing out and leaving. I saw another car attempt a car wash in the "broken" stall to no avail as well. If you're facing "going into" the car wash, the broken stall is the one on the left. The stall on the right appeared to perform fine. There was no-one on duty to assist.”

“DON'T PEOPLE UNDERSTAND THE difference between brushless and brushed car washes??!! Why do you park in line and make others wait in the brushless car wash when you have the guys brush your car down before you go in it?!! And I'm not talking about the glass and wheels I'm talking about the entire car. That doesn't make any sense!! The brush Car Wash is in the next Lane and there's usually nobody ever there. USE THAT ONE!! It's frustrating for people who don't want their cars to be brushed to have to wait for you people who don't understand the difference between one and the other. Get it together! Or don't come here at all. Overall this is a really good car wash it's not perfect. I wish the dryers would turn on later as they turn on before your car wash is done. Also the $8 wash should include the multicolor soaps and suds but when you use it it doesn't come out. It only comes out for the $10 washes but not consistently. If we can get this fixed I would greatly appreciate it but I always come here because this is the only car wash in town that I know of that offers brushless and I also get good service.”

There is no car wash -I have used 4 different ones- that cleans a car 100% in the grooves/ grills and dents a car will have, but this one is so far the best. “Been using this carwash for a few years and love the convenience. Normally I go through without incident about every few weeks. I have lost antennas and understand that's possible, but yesterday the last dryer thing ripped the entire antenna base out of my truck and it messed up my wipers they should lay much lower than they are now. I filed an incident report and will see what they say about taking responsibility for that damage. I will provide an update later.UPDATE: The store manager, Omar, sent me over to a bodyshop to get an estimate on the repairs that the company would cover. I went to the bodyshop but it was closed for the holidays. I will go back on Tuesday and provide an update after that experience. As I drove up, I noticed that they were working on or inspecting the dryer arm. I asked about that and they said that they do not believe there was any malfunction of the arm. They also offered this tip: you can ask them to remove your antenna. I remember a while ago when I first started using this carwash, they would offer to remove the antenna for you, but then they stopped offering, so I thought they would no longer do it. Very good to know.UPDATE: Mister Carwash sent me over to Bravo Cadillac's Body shop and the repaired everything. It took a few weeks but all is taken care of. I really hope occurances like mine are rare but it should be comforting to know that they did take responsibility for this one. Thank you. I will try to upload photos of the fixes soon.”
