Used the coin machine which Worked well and got me so.e side pocket money. Slow to get to the counter. Clerks are slow or too thorough. Was given great customer service but it took a chunk of time to get assistance. In this case, it was worth waiting for. Clerks are very thorough--maybe toooo thorough.

This poor excuse of a bank takes money that they shouldn't. It's excessive and terrible, the service is very low on a scale for customer service and customer support. If you bank here you'll get robbed.

I think it was the Assistant branch supervisor, some lady who gives the worst service. If you get her, get in line again unless you want her to ruin your whole day with her terrible customer service.

Very poor customer service even through the 1800 number! Was given false information & made the mistake by opening an accountn with them. Unfortunately, this is why these smaller banks dont survive. Will stick to wells fargo!

Long lines and no outside public ATMs. Mucha la espera de linea y no hay cajas de cambio publicas afuera de la tienda para depositar. Tienes que entrar adentro de Wal-Mart. I had problems with the direct deposit because if you don't tell them to do the deposit on the same day, it will be until the next business day. Hours of business are good. I would recommend getting direct deposit and withdraw the money from their ATM.

Good bank, great service. Will charge you if you don't keep track of your own money, like any other bank. Not a check cashing service so check might be placed on hold. ATM is always out of order, but they do close at 7 or 8 which makes up for it.

The ATM is always out of order and you have to wait for a rude teller for 30 minutes and will harass you to open an account.

I have had a serious level of intentional distress caused by this bank to a point that I will am in the process of filing a complaint with the attorney general. They will be EXTREMELY NICE to assist you getting your account opened but be careful because getting access to your money will be the fun part. If I could I would give them negative 50 stars. DON'T BANK HERE.... YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!
