“Went in on a Sunday to check on ongoing Memorial Day Sales. Jacob approached my wife and I in a very professional manor and let us know he was there to help if we had any questions. He was VERY knowledgeable and the least bit pushy. Ended up getting information and saying we’d be back when we made a decision. He didn’t hound us for leaving or make us feel bad for walking out on him. Went back the very next day to purchase our mattress from Jacob. Very professional establishment and great shopping experience to say the least!”
