“Very Happy. First time using the Auto Center. Ordered tires online from Walmart. Once they came in I dropped off the car it took 2-3 hours but had another car by the time I ran some errands it was done. They also called letting me know the status and replaced both wiper blades. I suggest going during the week cause weekends are always busy.Well fast forward end of May 2020 what may be the know as "Now What" it is one thing after a another and is happening to each of us. Anyway stay strong out there. Walmart tries but fails more often then not, its the little things that wear meoout, online shopping is to Make our lives better, I order a battery for my truck and like any other place there is a core fee they charge for your battery to encourage recycling the price varies this Walmart charged $15.00 no one wanted or even tried to find someone to take the battery and just scan the bar code on my receiptThat would have automatically refunded the core fee, well ok maybe they had to push a few buttons. The point is now after reporting to the upper levels at Walmart customer service they forwarded the issue back to the store to and was told to give them three days I was like its been over 2 weeks I'm not asking for something you do not offer fix my issue and then do what you need to do at the store maybe more training whatever just give me my money I gotta buy a Mask and some Lysol!!!!!”
