Extremely dissatisfied
I walk in to ask questions as to why after separation of lines iam still responsible for paying the other persons bills. After talking on the app through sms with Verizon and having my chat ENDED by the other party I had no choice but to go in person. After I asked the little boy to explain to me he said that since I did the change mid month iam still responsible for the other persons data payment. I tell him that that’s exactly why I did it before my bill was due because I can no longer pay the other line. I retreat to ask the other person whom was the secondary line before the change and I speak to them in Spanish (they only speak Spanish) I come back to him to ask other questions about the same topic “why wasn’t I told this before hand? I specifically asked if there would be any changes they had said no” and he responds “eso es algo que ya no se puede alegar señora” with such an attitude this was BEYOND ME! So I proceed to tell him I can’t pay and will come back another time. Points being drawn Verizon DOES HAVE SURPRISES EVEN WHEN THEY “DONT LIKE THEM” and just like any other phone company they are disrespectful and immature to be behind those counters.

Horrible customer service, waited for over 30s minutes to just stand around and wait to be greeted.. the associate in the store did greet I or the other person that is in the store. The associate all he did was look at us and not a word. Disappointed about the service, I’m a new customer and I’m regretting it already moving my service to Verizon. I didn’t recommend this location.

I am very upset they made changes to my account and I have been there 5 times and since the person who made the change is not there, I don't know how much it made me that I am almost going to pay double what I paid and no one pays attention to me, I don't know where to put the complaint
