please tell me why a prescription was called in with Erica this morning , and then we call to verify this afternoon and I am told “Oh she must’ve forgot to put it in” WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN SHE FORGOT TO PUT IN THE PRESCRIPTION. Isn’t her job as a pharmacist to do her damn job?? Terrible service, so unreliable. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. Stop making children wait for inhalers that are needed for their asthma. not only do they give you the run around but they make you wait 2+ days to figure out what the hell they’re doing. Didn’t you go to school to have this job? Shouldn’t you be qualified enough to do something so simple. you don't just forget to put in a prescription when it’s something you do EVERY DAY . Repetitively. just different patient information. It’s ridiculous.

This Walgreens Pharmacy has to be the worst place of business. My perceptions are never on time. When I place a order something is always occurring with "their system". I try to pick up orders and they tell me they got placed back on the shelf. Something fishy is going on at this Walgreens and their staff.

The pharmacy here is terrible when it comes to medication’s being ready and just his last time I scheduled two appointments for a flu shot and we didn’t get our shot until an hour later. I know things can happen, but what’s the point of scheduling an appointment if I’m not gonna be helped until an hour later They claimed it’s because they were preparing their shot. But the lady who administered the shot had just come in from smoking you could smell it, or just walked in to her shift, and then she was on the computer for a while before we actually got helped. I just think the pharmacy is really slow here in every aspect.

As mentioned in other reviews, the pharmacy is horrible. Waited a week and had to go back to the doctor to send the prescription somewhere else.

Almost every time I go to pick up a prescription, there's an issue. Either it's not ready, or they don't have it even when I call in advance to make sure I don't waste resources. Sadly, even applying preventative measures, they continue to let me down time after time. Please save yourselves the headache and choose another Walgreens.

The manager, Art, refused to allow me to make a vanilla deposit to my bank account. He stated he "cannot scan my phone" when that is exactly what kind of partnership the Stash banking app has with ALL Walgreens. I've had my phone screen scan many times with DoorDash as well. Horrible customer service. I drove to the next Walgreens and had zero issues. Too bad it wasted almost an extra hour of my day.

If I could give less than 1 star we would definitely would. RUDEST PEOPLE EVER. Pharmacy employees rudest ever, literally rolled gates down on us and ignored the fact that we were in line BEFORE their closing time. Didn’t help us find prescription at other Walgreens location because he didn’t want to “wait” on the phone for them to answer. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND IF THESE EMPLOYEES HATE THEIR JOB, THEY SHOULD GO ELSEWHERE. I understand that they want to go home too but as customers, we were there before their actual closing time and got treated like we were the worse bother ever. Management needs to do their job and actually provide customer service. Guy with lion tattoo on his hand made sure he was a sarcastic and denied to help us figure out what location could possibly have the prescription needed.

The horizon walgreeens has THE rudest employees in the pharmacy. You walk up, they just stare at you. This always happens, not only to myself but my husband, mother and older children have all experienced it. No greeting or even remotely polite. Today I needed to take my family for flu shots and it was going to be hard to make an appt because we’d be in between doing other things. I did however call first to make sure it was ok to walk-in. I show up and of course the girl immediately just stares at me. It’s so early to already be so sour with your customers. And I try to go out of my way to be friendly to anyone in the service industry, I know it’s difficult. Anyways, after huffing cause we have no appointment she says YOU HAVE TO make an appointment. No you don’t, they’re making it up as they feel like. I state that I previously called and asked and was told walk ins are fine and she just stares at me then goes to ask, who I assume, was the nurse. She says they’re “too busy”, make an appt. Which is understandable except, we were the ONLY ones in the pharmacy and even the window was empty. I think a car drove up as we were leaving. How were they too busy??? They just didn’t feel like it. We went to CVS where the employees are way friendlier and much more helpful. There were several customers in the pharmacy AND several cars at the drive through yet they didn’t act as if I was asking for some impossible favor. We waited a bit but that was no problem. I was willing to wait at Walgreens as well but wasn’t given the option. The Walgreens on Montana and Yarbrough, Lee Trevino, and on McRae have great employees as well. Not sure why the Horizon pharmacy location’s staff is perpetually rude, but that’s been my experience. I hesitated to go in the first place but it’s very close to my home. I keep trying but I’m done there. Get some manners and customer service skills. Or don’t. I prefer to go further elsewhere anyway.

This Walgreens refused to let me load money on to cash app. Would not give me an explanation why just told me no.
