Had good experience at the Pharmacy, EXCEPT with one worker with a serious attitude problem, by the name Lorenza, older woman. I genuinely wonder what her role is there because she is constantly transferring everyone to one younger gentleman. When I asked her to give the pharmacist a number for my doctor so that I can get my prescription she refused. Thankfully, the pharmacist heard me and I was able to communicate with him. She then proceeded to glare with some stank attitude. Thank you Omar for all your help! 10/10 don’t recommend speaking with Lorenza.

Just had my wisdom teeth removed and my wife wemt to pick up my prescription. I was prescribed many things including Tylenol. When she arrived to pick it up she asked where the Tylenol was and the gentleman said that they didn't pack it but they can come inside and just buy some. My wife refused. She stated that he started giving her an attitude and disrespectful. I thought it would be a better experience for her going there instead of WBAMC Pharmacy but we will never go to Walgreens again

Worst customer service, long waits, take forever to have your medications available or in some cases they never dispense it after calling so many times requesting it.

Since I moved to horizon I been calling this pharmacy and no single answer at all I can never talk to someone by phone. And yes I had to put a bad review to see if someone sees this review and tell them to answer the calls even if they are with a customer.

Worst service I have EVER received pharmacy tech who had 5 year experience was beyond rude. Wanting me an 8 month pregnant woman to go turn in my insurance then form another 30 min line. I asked for my medication was given attitude because I was picking up multiple prescriptions. It is not my fault that she was having a bad day. This is aside from calling the day before asking if my antibiotic prescription was ready and them stating no order had been called in, when my provider had called the medication in front of me. I honestly wish there was a pharmacy that was closer this is ridiculous, patients should not be subject to this attitude by staff

love all the staff, techs and Docs. Text refill reminders and calls from the techs if I still forget to pick up.

I had a prescription filled here yesterday, and it was done correctly, efficiently (ready 1 hour after my doctor sent it over on a Sunday afternoon), and the pharmacy personnel were very pleasant. Would go back here.

Incompetent. Worst experience attempting to get prescriptions I've been on for 3 years. I've lived in 3 major cities and never had a problem with getting meds filled until this pharmacy. HEB in Austin TX is the best. Didn't make me jump through hurdles to get my meds just scanned a coupon to get a low price and they took care of the rest with my insurance. You should be ashamed Horizon. Disgraceful.

Always have trouble with my prescription. Its always the wrong one and it takes me a couple weeks just to get something so simple
