I had a recent experience with Grease Monkey that was truly awesome. First time customer and everyone treated me like family.
I was met by Kimberly at the counter and if they have a customer award, she should definitely get it. The oil tech explained everything to me twice lol he knew I didn't get it the first time. I used their coupon and got an incredible savings.

VERY high marks for this repair shop! It is often difficult to find parts for our 12 year old BMW, but she’s special to us. I know this shop had to go to several vendors, but they kept me informed throughout. We are appreciative!

took a single cab truck in to fix a headlight, they broke the headlight off the truck and returned the truck with clutch issues. they said they wanted 6k more to fix what THEY BROKE. second time I take a vehicle in and it will be the last.

Thank you to all the great folks at Grease Monkey that took the time to help me today. They are good people. I arrived right at closing time fully expecting to be turned away. I had a check engine coolant fluid light on and it was 100++ degrees today with still a distance to go. They checked my car thoroughly (even putting air in a back tire) and sent me on my way with some peace of mind. Traveling alone on a very hot day, I was so grateful for the help. They went above and beyond. They were recommended to me by a local shop who said they were the best in town.
