“Nice place and office staff. They provide you a Service Check List after the work is completed. Based on the fact that the technician did not reset the oil change indicator nor did he fill the windshield washer fluid, I have no faith in the fact that he did anything else on the check list that he said he did. The $15 discount is a joke as they are not competitive even after you subtract $15. Don't go there!Shortly after my review, I was contacted by the manager. He was genuinely concerned. I have had a similar job where your business's reputation is based on the service received by the customer. I suspect he will have a conversation with his technicians. And by the way, he offered a free oil change to encourage me to give them another try which I will. Based on his response, I have changed my review from one star to five.”

I was met by Kimberly at the counter and if they have a customer award, she should definitely get it. The oil tech explained everything to me twice lol he knew I didn't get it the first time. I used their coupon and got an incredible savings.”
