I visited the store today and wasn’t told it was cash-only until after I finished shopping. I asked Raven if I could leave my cart while I ran to the ATM. she said it would be fine and “right there” when I got back. I was gone no more than 10 minutes, and when I returned, the cart was gone.
Raven was dismissive and showed no concern, even though she gave me her word. I left without my items and felt completely disregarded. I’ll be reporting this to corporate and hope she receives proper customer service training.

I love coming to this ALDIs however, christire was rude. As me and my husband were getting checked out she was scanning our bags like she was in a rush and THREW everything in the basket. Everything was upside down and even one item fell out the basket that my husband had to go get a new item. I understand yall were about to close but don’t have people working the afternoon shift if they don’t wanna be there.

This is the second time I have used the curbside pick up. The first time they gave me a bag that was not mine and I was missing about half my order. Today I did the curbside pickup as well and half of my order was missing AGAIN. It just so happens to be that both times the items that are missing are the most expensive (EX: Salmon, chicken, eggs, kombucha, bacon, goat cheese, muenster cheese, snacks that include cheese and trail mix etc) I do curbside pickup for a reason so when I get home and notice all these items are missing it's very frustrating and very inconvenient, especially since their stores do not have a direct number. I am not sure what is going on but it's definitely starting to get suspicious.

So very very disappointed in this store. I have been shopping at this store since it opened and until today I have NEVER had a bad shopping experience. All of the employees has always been more than friendly and helpful, however, they now have a new lady that is checking out customers. As I stood in line, I watched and she never once said hello to anyone, when she did talk to the customer, it was short and unpleasant answers. She used a lot of gestures such as pointing, etc. Once I did get up to check out, I got the same cold treatment and it was very hard to contain myself. She cuts her eyes at you as if to say you are bothering her or you are stupid. Unfortunately, I will have to give this Aldi a rest for awhile and will take my grocery shopping elsewhere. I refuse to be treated like a second rate customer by someone who obviously don't enjoy their job and should NOT be working in a customer facing position. So very sad and needless to say I am just very disappointed. When I do go back, if she is there I will turn around and walk out and head to the Kroger or HEB.
