Many staff members are kind, friendly, and awesome, making the experience better, with specific mention of helpful and friendly workers at the donation door. However, the checkout process is frequently a hassle with long lines, as staff can be chatty with customers causing backups. One significant criticism involves a cashier who has, on multiple occasions, attempted to charge more than the clearly marked price on items, creating an off-putting experience that feels like an attempt to swindle customers.
