This place does bad business! We came and looked at a few vehicles. Decided on a truck. They said we had 500 MILES or 5 DAYS to decide if we wanted to keep it or not. On the drive home…. We attempted to make a turn and started rubbing It’s been 2DAYS with 200 MILES. We decided we didn’t want it. So we did what THEY said we could do. Now we are here and the manager is saying he can’t honor that cause he didn’t personally say it to us. Although 3 of his employees said it, and it literally says it on THEIR website. We paid cash!!! I will be posting on all platforms and spreading this to everyone. I will also be contacting the news stations.

Terrible customer service I had an inquiry about a cad went up to see the car fell in love with it but was indecisive mind you I live far so I said let me call up and get the OTD and figure out what numbers I would realistically be looking at monthly. I called in the morning around 10am the whole staff and management gave me the run around. I explained I live extremely far so just tell me what the numbers are… let’s go ahead and get the ball rolling right? No it went from on and off phone calls of “the finical department” will call you back to “they’re still working on it” and “we will call you by the end of the day” NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME WITH THE NUMBERS. They said Mike Solano would reach me my phone never rang from him. A waste of my time and energy. Negative stars go where you’ll be respected.

I brought my car in to get an estimate on its worth last week. Chuck Williamson gave me an excellent value to purchase my car. I wasn't ready to sell until I got my new car. I got my new car yesterday and contacted Chuck to see if they are still interested and if the price they offered still stands. He said it is. It was a very easy transaction without any issue and Chuck gave me a check for the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership if you are interested in selling your vehicle. As for Chuck. You will get a lot more for your vehicle than trade it in.
