The company I used to work for decided to use CHR for our software and we had nothing but problems. When we got bought buy new ownership they did an evaluation of CHR and it's software and we ditch it. Made our lives so much easier.

This is a complicated software software solution integrates MS DSL, MS CRM and CHR's Omnia platform. If you do not have in house software development or software integration expertise, do not buy this product.
