This CVS is so convenient near me. The staff is young mostly except Miss Brenda but she is a đ« with experience. They 95% of the time have been courteous, quick, and willing to go the extra mile.
There was a big mix up with MoneyGram on Saturday and Miss Naomi (manager) explained the process and eliminated the mistake and delivered the 200.00 sent from CA.
The staff can only work with the numbers that they are given to operate store. Yes at times you might only find one or two in the store but that is the product of the new USA.
People expect businesses to hit 1000% all the time; it is not realistic. They are customer driven and that is why I given them 4.5 star.
I can't rate the pharmacy because I have no prescriptions but all in store experiences are good.
This is coming from a fifty year old. People are not patient and this is not the Mc Donald's drive through-- two chreseburgers please!

Went in around 10:50pm looked around to find something to purchase to get cash back. When I went to do my transaction the cashier receives a call from the manager Naomi and sheâs asking her what Iâm doing then she laughs hangs up and tells me I canât get cash back. I didnât catch the girls name but I shouldâve sheâs the same one who I asked to open the restroom door and didnât say anything all she did was unlock it with an ugly look on her face. I felt unwelcomed. Poor customer service. Every time I go there they are always complaining about the customers.

Visited this store today (12/22/24) at around 1:25pm. I had a Starbucks bag in my hand (from my job) & one heb grocery bag & only went in to grab a gallon water that sits in the first two aisles at this stores location. As im entering an associate looks at my hands & say âmaâam you have to leave your bags in the frontâ I told the associate âoouuu maâam im literally just grabbing 1 gallon water right in the front & checking outâ & I proceeded to walk to the front aisle. The associate followed me & continued with the âmaâam you have to leave your bags in the front even if youâre grabbing one thing it doesnât matter, otherwise I wonât welcome you back here.â As the lady is speaking i literally have the water in my hand headed back to the registers & whole time I didnât say anything to the associate as she kept speaking on it. As im waiting in line the associate takes out her phone, takes a picture then tells the other associate âsheâs no longer welcomed backâ Still didnât say anything. The associate push matters even further by going outside the store, getting on the phone & calling the police. As I finished checking out I walk past the associate & I hear her say âyes the woman wasnât welcomed in & she came in anywayâ so thatâs when I take out my phone & snap a picture of her since I couldnât get her name tag because now the associate is making the situation bigger than what it is & is now LYING. I get stopped by police & they tell me âyeah the woman working there was like you werenât welcomed in there but you went in anyway etc etcâ I said no. The woman asked me to place my Starbucks bag & one heb bag at the front, I told her maâam im only getting a gallon water that sits right in the front of your store she then said it doesnât matter you have to leave your bags here or I wonât welcome you back here. I told the police literally an in & out matter, wasnât there to shop or look around otherwise of course I wouldnât have had a problem leaving anything up front. I carried on with my day & did contact the CVS customer service complaint specialist because baby girl, you can not go around lying on people jeopardizing anyone just because you didnât get a response from me & I proceeded to checkout. Also many stores policy & store associates have you to leave your bags & stuff at the front but if you let them know âoh im literally just grabbing thisâ or âim just picking up thisâ they literally let you be, grab what you need & go about your day. They donât go to the extremes on calling police & lying & thatâs the only reason why I had to leave this complaint because the associate was so out of line itâs unbelievable how sheâs blatantly lie like that. Couldnât catch her name tag but definitely has to take a photo after I heard her lie on the phone. Have to protect myself & definitely will be pushing this matter further. Thank you.

ON THREE OCCASIONS I COME TO THIS STORE AND IT IS CLOSED AT 8:10 WHEN THEY ARE OPEN AT 8 ACCORDING TO THE PLATE OUTSIDE AND THE WEBSITE THAT HAS NO RESPECT FOR THE SICK PEOPLE WHO COME FOR THEIR MEDICATIONS

I canât leave the manager or cashier name on duty at the time I came in because they wouldnât offer this. No name badges visible. Management is EXTREMELY RUDE HERE AT THIS LOCATION. My issue was unresolved and I was told to take it up with customer care at the 800#. I will be making a customer complaint to the customer care number. Itâs unacceptable and unprofessional to treat any customer let alone a regular customer with such disrespect.

All products I was looking for, were on display, I ask for help about a coupon I had and wasn't sure how to use it and they helped me...great customer service and they have a cashier and two self check out registers if you are in a rush!

We've always been well pleased with our neighborhood CVS. they are usually a one stop shop
