I am deeply upset by the mistakes made by this auto repair shop, which could end up costing me between $10,000 and $15,000 in repairs. Initially, I visited them for a seemingly straightforward alternator repair, but the ordeal stretched over three weeks. Each time I thought it was fixed, new issues arose.John, one of their technicians, appeared diligent and worked hard to identify the problem. However, David’s attitude was quite the opposite—he seemed indifferent to the errors made during the alternator installation. Unfortunately, after about two weeks of smooth running, my car broke down again, and this time it was worse than before.Unable to return to Humble, I took my car to the dealership. There, I paid $249.99 for a diagnostic, only to discover that the repair shop had haphazardly crammed the alternator in, leaving wires loose and disrupting the computer system. Now my car sits idle in the driveway, completely nonfunctional.Despite reaching out to John via text, I received no reply. To add insult to injury, I had paid $1,090 for the alternator, and yet my car remains unusable. I sincerely hope this repair location faces consequences for their negligence. Their claim of being able to fix any vehicle is clearly misleading, and their lack of concern for customers is disheartening.I am seriously considering pursuing legal action through small claims court to seek reimbursement for the fees incurred. It’s a matter of principle. I suspect that John and David either provided the wrong part or used a refurbished one—how else could they have botched the installation so badly?

I wouldn't know how to describe this type of individual at first glance, you say to yourself, these are simple people. but yet this is not really the case. They gave me a Chrysler which has lots of problems and I try to fix it every day. For a fee of $100 they came to pick up the car and let me know that I was in town. I have a new baby in the house my wife wants to take our baby to the hospital. so I do not advise you to do business with them.. I had already given them more than $2000. If you want to sell this car to someone else, don't take it because the engine needs to be changed. very bad experience for me who is new to this country

Like others said they don't deserve 1 star it makes you in order to leave a comment. I had a passenger side window not let up on my Ford f150. This dude told me it was the switch believable for the passenger side. But for some d*** reason they replaced the driver side too. And it stopped working. I bought it back he acted like it was a bad switch then he said it was the regulator. I never in 4 years had 1 problems with the driver side window until they touched it. Well my camera was Rolling the whole time so I will be suing this place.

Horrible experience ?. Warning to everyone. Crooks is the best description of this business. Doesn't even deserve one star, but giving this review made me press one star so I could write my review.

I took my truck here because it was referred to me by my dad. I was told the rear end needed to be repaired after agreeing to the repair i was told the rear end needed to be replaced. Cost several hundred dollars more. After 12 months the rear end started to leak. I went to replace the gasket and found that gasket maker was used instead of the actual gasket. Same thing with oil pump being replaced. They use gasket maker instead of the actual gaskets. You're lucky I didn't sue you. Your response to this rating has nothing to do with lifting a truck.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Won't be back and will tell others. During a recent repair job, the owner informed me the the control arm for my Rav4 did not come with a ball joint so he said the existing one was ok despite being told by other mechanics that it should be changed. Next day my truck started knocking during turns. Took it for a alignment, was told by another shop that ball joints were bad and should have been changed. Took it back to DT with new ball joint, owner refused to install without me having to pay more for something that should have been done during the control are install. This was a matter of MIS-DIAGNOSIS, yet the owner did not own-up to it. Will never be back and will make sure I tell everyone I can about this experience.

I have made this shop my only stop, not only is the customer service 💯, the work is also great, I love the honesty and the integrity of this shop, I will recommend everyone to take their vehicles there, I travel along way to bring my car but it was worth the drive and the tow, not everyone can work on foreign cars and I just believe they can work on any car you bring and you will not be disappointed
