I came here after opening a repair ticket through Dyson for a non-functional Dyson Supersonic hair dryer that was out of warranty. The item simply did not turn on. The employee serving me told me that "the motor was blown" and it was unrepairable. I suggested it might be a thermal fuse since this is what normally fails on a hair dryer. They said that "they ran diagnostics through the computer and it said the motor was bad". I watched them simply test the built in GFCI a couple times during these "diagnostics". They offered for me to dispose of the item there and advised me to buy another one. I declined to dispose of the item there because I believed that the problem was due to a blown thermal fuse and that I could fix it myself and I didn't want to give them a free refurbishable item.Two days later, the hair dryer is fixed. Guess what the problem was. You guessed it, a burnt thermal fuse. I spent nearly as much time ordering the fuses and repairing the dryer as I spent driving there. The only reason I went through the Dyson repair service was because I wanted to avoid disassembling another one of their fiddly products and when my wife told me they had a repair service, I figured it would save me the hassle. Instead I was lied to, treated like I was uneducated, and ended up doing the repair myself anyway.This place is not a repair service, at least for out of warranty items. They will follow the prompts that Dyson tells you to do before sending you there, tell you it's not repairable, lie about the malfunction of the item, and suggest for you to dispose of it with them so they can fix it and sell it on.

My Dyson vacuum had been failing and was still under warranty. I tried the Dyson online troubleshooting, but could not resolve the issue. I took my vacuum to the Dyson Service Center in Shenandoah, TX and it was repaired in about 2 minutes by a very friendly and efficient employee. I remain a Dyson fanatic!

We took our Dyson into the service center to have the motor replaced. The gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. We were amazed at how quickly he changed out the motor and had us on our way. We highly recommend Dyson Service Center.

Very Good Service, always excellent service, for everything. They have fixed our vacuum perfectly, they have validated the guarantees of other things when they have had a failure, and they have been very friendly and professional. Now that we live here this is place we come. and I want to say that we have Dyson products since 2005 and we have always had excellent customer service from Dyson and we have changed countries and everywhere so wonderful!! I highly recommend Dyson! ??

Came in to check how much a canister replacement would cost. Found out my vacuum is still under warranty and the part was covered.Rachel assisted me and did an EXCELLENT job of processing the replacement. Also, she realized that the cleaning head was rattling and replaced that as well. In and out in about 15 minutes.

Called the local service center 2x today between 330-430pm, waited in hold about 25mins each time, no answer.How do I get a person who can let me know if you have a part in hand before I have to drive 50mins one way to get it???

You have been no help in my process of trying to fix my battery issue with this Dyson vacuum under warranty.I was able to find a replacement battery on Amazon. So much for your service department. You guys suck!!!

I took my old Dyson vacuum that had given up the ghost, my newest Dyson Vac that kept dropping the battery, and my Dyson bladeless fan to the Dyson service center in Shenandoah, Texas for repair.I arrived a bit after 9:00AM, and by 10:00AM, I was in my truck headed home with three perfectly repaired Dyson products.The young man there knew exactly what he was doing, and he was very polite, friendly, and set right to work, reparing my products.Although I live 60 miles from this service center, I will not hesitate one moment heading that way again, should any of my Dyson products need repair again.

Excellent service. We had a broken trigger on our vacuum. We came here and they fixed it for free in 10mins. Definitely recommend coming here vs. attempting repairs at home - so much more efficient and effective.
