I guess they got their picks of who they want to rent a car out to!! I’ve rented a car from this company before not at this location though. My license is good just a lil cracked on the side and said they can’t till if its real what a complete fools!! I ain’t never had this problem I needed a rental just for two days because my car is in the shop never going to this location again!

They're horrible. The service may be friendly but they have sent me bills for over $500. I'm getting charged for the vehicle when it wasn't in my possession. I had it from October 18, 2023 to October 24, 2023 and they're trying to tack on two more months because they lost the vehicle. If I could give zero stars I would. Oh, not to mention they won't give you the $50 deposit back and will try to steal, yes, steal the money from your bank account. I had to shut mine down. Overall, worst company I've dealt with. When you try to contact them about it, they give you the runaround.

What a bad service I booked a car and they made me go and while I was there they were renting me a car that was of no use haha ? pure Jonkes they rent don't work there better go to the one by the airport

22500 US-59 Bldg B, Kingwood, TX 77339Needed a rental while my vehicle was being repaired @ Service King from Hog damaged.My only complaint is, how a Durango is considered a Full Size SUV; but it was an R/T so it definitely had full size horsepower. Vehicle was clean & finally it was smoke free.The employees were exceptional. Everyone we dealt with in person and over the phone were professional, respectful, courteous, polite and friendly. This was by far the best interaction I have had with an Enterprise location in 25 years. At that time my spouse was an insurance agent in the pacific northwest and we personally knew all the local Enterprise employees.Great job.

Eric and the team at this location do a great job taking care of me. I’m in there at least once a month. They have helped me resolve mechanical issues and are available whenever I’m out of town and need help. I have never had an issue with this place and I’m in there a ton!

If i could give zero stars I would. Their service is terrible. Called multiple times for over a week to make a reservation. Every single time told that they can't make a reservation and to call 30 min in advance to see what was available. A girl answered yesterday and did she was getting mostly suvs in but they don't do reservations still call 30 min in advance to get something. Called the next today snd was told only had a minivan or car. Told the guy what was said by the girl and he said they don't have th today. Went online to make a reservation for a suv and it let me. Then I told him and he said they had 30 explorers all with recalls. It was lie after lie. Already made a complaint with corporate. We took the van and are switching it with another enterprise. Oh the van was not fully cleaned . Still has crumbs all over the floor .

The staff was very kind and diligent. They were super overworked and understaffed, so everything took a long time, but they obviously were doing their best the whole time. Other customers were being super obnoxious and aggressive, so please be aware that they are understaffed and doing their best if you choose to do business with them. Hopefully that will improve for them as they hire more people. Overall a positive experience.

The original place we made reservations did not have any suitable vehicles we had to go to another place and get a reservation. Wereceived an SUV that was so uncomfortable. It made our whole 10 days rental a bad experience. I am an Enterprise member. And usually don't have any problens. But this time was not the best. When we returned the vehicle we expressed our concerns and the young man was very understanding and gave us a discount. As that was so generous it was a bit late for our travel needsYes we will continue to use enterprise in the future. But we will look into orher options as well. If enterprise doesn't have what we ask for nextThanks to Kingwood Enterprise for their customer service. They get 5 stars.

After Kingwood location would not even pull up my details on a reservation that was made weeks in advance I went to IAH location and was greeted and treated like a top client which I am not but felt like I was at least a customer you wanted. Kudos to that whole team. Job well done.
