Slowest gas pumps I've ever used in Kingwood. I'd recommend going to the HEB across the street, it's far better if you're just getting gas.

I go to Exxon or Mobile for the AARP fuel deals. It's only when my Kroger's fuel points are at $0.03 then I head to Exxon/Mobile.

The guy that works late night and wears a cowboy hat said I had the cold dead eyes of a shark and called me gay, witch I feel is inappropriate because I just wanted to buy some drinks, I’m not sure if he’s autistic or something but it was very upsetting , I did not say anything to prompt this I simply asked if he needed to see my id and he said I know your old and I was like that’s pretty rude, and then he said rude? That’s gay and I was like.. okay? Please ring up my stuff and let me pay and leave then he said you know how I can tell your old, the hope is gone from your eyes and then said I had the cold dead eyes of a shark. Do what you will with this information but that guy is trash and I needed to get that out also, he seemed drunk or like on something, thanks

No problem with the staff or the location just a issue with some homeless guys in the parking lot that the store didn't chase off

Do not use the car wash here. It malfunctioned and the large brush started banging against the back of my car and eventually just fell off onto the ground. There is damage to the back of my car and the manager filed an incident report. This was over two months ago and I have yet to hear back from Exxon. I just want to be reimbursed for the damage.

This is supposed to be a 24 hour station, but the pumps shut off after like 11. The store was closed today at 12 with a lady inside just counting stuff. The doors were locked.
