They spend 15 min telling me they wouldn’t set up an account for my small business. Because it took too much time away from their “real” customers. For what I needed I could have been in and out in 5 min. Then they referred me to a competitor.

They "only deal with account holders". I needed four specialty bolts, with nylon locks. So if you need specialty bolts and need 25-100 this is your place. They referred me to another place.

Same as the other Fastenals, great service but a revolving door. I get great pricing and the employees go out of their way to find something that will work for my application.
