Impossible to speak to a live person at the store. So sick of all these automated systems!!! If I can speak to a person I’m not going to do any business here. This is ridiculous. I should be able to bypass the system to speak to a real person. They make that impossible. Huge fail!

Natalia the customer rep was not a good customer representative I asked her to borrow the roll-up tape and she said no that she has to do it she hand me down the small clear tape and then when she saw me putting the little tape in the shipping box she cut three stripes of the big tape and put it next to me I just told her why so complicated about tape I do not think fed-ex will go broke by using a tape to deliver a package since I am regular customer

I walk into this store and am never greeted nor waited upon until I have to ask for assistance at the counter. The staff acts as if they are too good to help a female. The gentlemen get served quicker and with the best customer service. Today, Tori was the only one who would help me. FedEx has great service at so many places, but this store needs improvement.

If I could give zero stars that would be more appropriate. The attitude of the women working there and how they treat a customer asking questions is completely absurd. I went in to have something printed and I was told I could use the printers up front and when asked about card stock and Avery labels (mind you she hadn’t asked to see what I was printing) she got very agitated and asked me to step outside to email her the project. I had already emailed the project and informed her and she rolled her eyes and loudly asked her coworker -with multiple other customers right there - “oh my god, what do we tell every customer to do when emailing”. I walked out and across the street to Postnet who gladly and kindly processed my order for me and I gladly gave them my money. I will never be back to this facility.
She also mentioned they were “out of stock of Avery labels anyway”. What a disaster.

Have been going to this location for printing and shipping for years without a problem. Service was always great, it was like walking into my own office and have always been treated like family. Today I went to print using one of their desktops and wasn’t getting the option to print in color. Asked one of the representatives for help but she was helping another customer. When she was done with the customer I asked again and she asked another employee for help, unfortunately by that time both desktops were in use. Waited for a couple of minutes after one of the desktops was free and was not even acknowledged by either one of the representatives who knew I was there waiting and had wasted already some funds without accomplishing what I came in to do. Called UPS from there and asked if they could help me print my document. Walked out and nobody even tried to apologize or help me.

There is a young lady by the name of Natalia who did a phenomenal job with helping out our organization in a time of need. She went above and beyond to get us some documents that a group had been waiting on for a few months. Natalia showed her compassion and professionalism even when all of her equipment wasn’t working completely. She is amazing.

The store manager on duty today, 3/12/25 was very loud and rude to me a disabled senior citizen. I apologized for my mistake for walking into an area that was not clearly signed personnel only I thought it was a self-service store. Annie Yoder and Customer service if needed.

Would give 0 if I could. Staff is unwilling to help and has very poor customer service. I won’t be back to this location nor use FedEx ever again. Shame a few undertrained employees can ruin the
customers experience. UPS store is not far away…

I asked to speak to Rhonda a manager there, about her employee Natalia being rude, Natalia has a nasty attitude, and left me waiting purposely; Rhonda herself was rude, and didn’t take complaint serious, she took her employee side and had a passive aggressive attitude.

Terrible customer service. Two employees free and no one acknowledged or helped me while I waited for 5 minutes at the counter just to be rudely told to use the self drop off. I had questions which is why I didn’t but forget that. I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes for decent service.

Once you walk into the FedEx, no acknowledgement of welcoming you to the FedEx store. After the employee assist a customer, they walk away from the desk as if you’re a ghost or invisible. Customer service is terrible from management on down to the employee’s.

I don't know how that purple haired woman still works here. I have been in here 5+ times and she has been nothing but nasty every time. Today she thought it would be more productive to have an argument with me about the address of her building rather than help the 6 customers in line. ( i was right about the building address) just overall you can tell her attitude creates a very negative atmosphere for employees and customers. :(
