Disappointed - an employee named Rhonda was beyond negative, dismissive and unhelpful during my visit today. I will never again visit this location and I will ship my future parcels with a different company.

John Philips is the associate that helped me at the store at 2855 W. Lake Houston Parkway in Kingwood today. He was very friendly and helpful and no his job very well, and he did a great job of packaging my item and helping me to arrange shipment. I would highly recommend you see this gentleman at this particular FedEx store. This store is very clean and organized , very well kept and very welcoming. I highly recommend this particular store. I’ve been several times and they do a great job taking care of me.

The woman behind the counter on 11/4 was working alone and did an amazing job tending to each customer in line. She definitely had a system that worked well for her. Keep it up!

Not recycle friendly. Tried to ship in a diaper box which is how I received them and they made me buy a $4 box. It was a corrugated diaper big just bc it said some odd brand diaper name on it. Won’t be back

The lady seems the manager at front desk not friendly to ask customer do everything by themselves. It’s really the worst experience for me than other FedEx stores.

I had run into several obstacles getting my document printed prior to visiting your store. It’s so frustrating in our modern times to be passed off to multiple people in the customer service chain, none of which who were working directly with the digital file, or read the note attached to the job, with my order number, right on their website. This came from trying to upload the files to a popular source online- no one cares. I spent many years in advertising & print- I know how important communication is regarding proofs, etc. I’m just so glad that Peyton spoke my language, knew the Adobe Elements program I used to create the file, and where he could take it from there. He understood what I needed and helped me my last hour of need- right here at the holiday time! He made all the difference.

Not the friendliest staff here. Moved to the area recently, have used Fedex office regularly for about two years and every other location I’ve visited has had good service and friendly folks working. Wish I could say the same about this place. The lady that “greeted” me had a tone/demeanor similar to a caricature of a disgruntled DMV employee. Luckily the gentleman working was helpful and I didn’t feel like I was an inconvenience once he took over.

This morning my mom went in to drop off a package. They said they couldn't scan the barcode and needed to reprint the label. The store manager - Rhonda - couldn't manage to print the label and told my mom to go somewhere else to print the label. When my mom got in the car and explained what happened, I went in to get the label printed. When I asked what I needed to do to print an item, Rhonda said to email it and gave me a business card then left. I have never been to FedEx to do this, but I figured it out ON MY OWN. Rhonda disappeared and the other employee assisted me with sending the package. I asked to speak with Rhonda upon finishing with the package because i found out she was the manager. She told me she wasn't able to print the label from my mom's phone, and asked what I wanted her to do. Obviously, a better job if I can walk in and print the label off of my mother's phone. Your only job is to print out papers, tape up boxes, and have them ready to ship. If you can't help an individual print a single paper and tell them to go somewhere else to print an item, get a different job.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had when it comes to retail shipping. Both employees did not know the proper weight required for freight service and both employees gave me different weights. The guy was as nice as could be, but the rude lady lurking under the rock nearby has obvious issues with actually working. The guy said 100 pounds was the cutoff point for regular shipments, and the rude hunchback of Notre Dame lady said 70 pounds. In the end they would not accept my package which was absolutely ridiculous because Fedex has a weight limit of 150 pounds for regular shipments before it is considered freight.So...for your information Quasimodo lady of the Fedex office I have a picture of the FedEx policy on shipments and what is considered heavy freight.

I paid $300 to ship and insure an item. Paid to have this store package it. It arrived broken and ruined. Fedex is denying my claim despite all the pictures and proof. Their insurance is fraud! Save yourself the heartache and money…

Probably won't ever return to this location. Placed an order online last night for three posters. When I picked them up one poster was missing, no big deal called the store let them know and they said they would print it in about 10 minutes. When I got there they printed it on the wrong paper so I had to wait for them to print it on the corrected poster paper. When I took it home none of the sides were cut so it didn't fit in the frame and I had to go back to the store a third time to cut it cut down to the correct side. Super frustrating, I understand mistakes happen but no sort of apology whatsoever

Rude customer service and messed up a premium order of almost a $200 order. We were talked to like we didn't understand that they messed up our order and did not offer to fix it. Don't come here.
