Carter went far above and beyond to make my experience here at Firestone very easy and painless. I will now call this Firestone my home location for all my truck needs! Went in to get prices for Bridgestone Duller AT tires...They were$60 more expensive than at Walmart for the exact same tire...Also the labor rate per hour of $173.00 is higher that the dealership 5 miles closer to Houston. It pays to do your research.

This is truly an elite Firestone location. Unmatched customer service, clear and concise communication and delivery, with amazing quality of repairs. The inside team led by Scott and Sammy are experts at what they do. My vehicles have been serviced here for over 15 years and have not had a single bad experience. Highly recommend.

I came here today and the place was extremely busy! I actually showed up with a bent rim because I had chose a turtles life instead of my tire obviously and decided to hit a curb that had just begun. This location was able to fix my rim to perfection and I was so worried my job would see it since I was in my work vehicle and get upset so the gentleman put on the paperwork that I just had a flat so they wouldn't know what really happened! Such a life saver!! This site also let me know everything that was wrong with my vehicle during their inspection and emailed me the report. Super friendly, beyond helpful and a definite go to location! I'll be back!!

Headed in to my appointment at firestone for an alignment I get there just for them to tell me the machine to do it is down. If the machine is down you can't do a simple courtesy of calling your customers? Then your gonna tell me to check back later to see when the machine is up and running? No I will not be returning, I will take my money to one of the other 20 mechanic shops we have it kingwood
