The cancellation process is ridiculous.This gym is pretty popular and seems to always be packed. I found I gym where I’m more comfortable, close to my job and is bigger than this location. I tried calling to cancel and I was told I would have to come in person to cancel. I come in person, where I was directed to an iPad to create an account and then do the process of canceling my contacts. Upon cancelling I had to pay for an additional month of service. I came after my second payment of the month thinking that I would be able to cancel and not be charged since the month of February has not ended. I was under the impression that I would only be able to use the facility for the remaining day of the month. However, I was informed otherwise. I do not blame the individuals at the front desk, they were merely following protocol. Quite frankly I do not recommend this gym due to the small size and the loops one must go through to cancel.

Employees Rjay and Brianna thought it would be a great idea to YELL that my gf had not returned to the gym in a long time, while the gym was absolutely packed and dozens of people walking by the front desk.
It’s common sense and basic customer service to make guests feel welcomed. You guys did the opposite. We almost called corporate to cancel our memberships without the cancel fee because this happened AS WE WERE SIGNING UP/RENEWING. Do better

The facility is always super clean, very friendly staff, plenty of equipment whether you do free weights or machines. I love this gym, they do a phenomenal job.

I do not recommend this gym! I would give zero stars if I could. They are so desperate to sell a membership they’ll say whatever necessary to convince you to join. When I expressed little interest in joining and communicated my concerns with location being on Northpark with traffic congestion and the crowded facilities, the sales lady continued talking about what a great deal it was with the special promotion of only $10 bi-weekly and NO yearly maintenance fee EVER. Then, she went on to tell me I could cancel w/n 60 days. When I went in to cancel I was told that I misunderstood, that I had 30 days to cancel but had to have come in 10 times and have a full body scan done. She tried to convince me that the 60 days was for the yearly maintenance fee to be withdrawn not to cancel the membership. I think it was the end of her shift and she was rushing to pick up her out of town friend from the airport (coming for Thanksgiving), she doesn’t remember what she said. I wouldn’t trust this establishment to provide correct information all for the sake of a commission. Read the fine print before signing up! I was charged $100 to cancel and afterwards was told they would still be withdrawing 2 more biweekly payments even though I had to pay immediately to cancel the membership. Really?!?! Enough is enough!

Overall clean gym, good equipment & good prices. I would like to recognize Jessica, even though she works in the child care she went above and beyond showing me where I could find the sauna since I wasn’t given a tour of the gym when I first signed up. So shoutout to Jessica, everyone that works there should be like her. She was able to show me around and asked if I had another other questions about where anything else was at. Instead of telling me where to go, she took time out to walk me to where the sauna was at. Thank you Jessica you made my day with your kindness!!

Had a very nice greeting by a very nice young woman named Jessica. Visit was great. Too bad I’m from out of town or I’d become a member. Excellent place to workout!!

The staff is very friendly here at the gym. I have came in as a guest and felt like i was a member. i checked out the play daycre for my son and i was welcomed with a warm smile from Jessica. She is very friednly and is very good with the kiddos.

absolutely terrible experience with this gym. Since May they’ve been charging my account $40 a month. For a service I’ve never used.
When I have someone at the front desk look for the charges, they don’t see it, but somehow the manager can see it? Very shady.
They used me as a "test" account & have been charging me ever since for the water beds. I need to reach out to HR and corporate about that because they’ve taken out $368 of my money. It will be reimbursed, but if I didn’t notice, they would have been keeping all that money. & How are they able to use my account for a test account without my permission?
Even if you work there, you still have to pay full price for a membership. Absolutely disgusting. And money hungry.
A play worker Savannah is EXTREMELY rude to the children. So be careful. I used to work with her & My daughters did not like going when she was working. They said she was mean to them. And she was. I witnessed it daily. And to most of the children.
Even going after being employed she’s extremely unpleasant & Her mood is unpredictable. I’ve worked at gyms before and I’ve never had to pay for a membership while I worked there.
They said they would look into it and freeze my account but they never cared and I paid the entire 7 months I worked there. Overall not a good experience.

Bryanna was very helpful in connect me to the app after being away from the gym
Veronica was amazing in showing me the new recovery room and walking me through each of the beds and compression sleeves. She was fantastic!
