Never answered the phone for me to reschedule appointment. I call a whole week before the appointment was due.

I'm very dissatisfied with the service and the doctor and the staff. The doctor is NEVER in. The staff ALWAYS says that they will give her my message. The hearing aid that I received was a blessing at first now I can't hardly ever hear anything. This doctor office sucks ???

Very difficult to get a return call and to find out status of hearing Device. No one ever answers the phone nor do they return calls despite many many messages left for them.
