Great friendly service. Greeted upon entering. My clasp broke on my bracelet and it was replaced with no charge. Literally out of there in less than 5 minutes.

I have been a James Avery customer for over 40 years. I have never had a bad experience at any of their stores. This store is a new one and my absolute favorite one!
