Lauria has such a terrible attitude every time I come to this location. She has horrible customer service. I corrected her because she said my name wrong and she didn’t even apologize, she just ignored it. She was speaking to me with an attitude but once this white lady came up to the counter her whole demeanor changed.

I went today to pick up my bracelet about 10 mins till closing. Everything was perfect until I realized I had forgotten my phone at the store! I raced to a phone so my daughter could call and ask if it was possible for me to pick it up tonight. Lindsey and Karla both waited 20 mins after closing while I raced thru traffic to get back to the Kingwood location. I was so frazzled by the time I got there and they were so understanding....even refusing a tip. I am writing this hoping their management recognizes their excellent customer service that went above and beyond for me today.

Unfortunately was very disappointed today. The customer service was fine upon arrival I was greeted and taken care of. The girl helped me place my charms and was even patient with me as I looked for another charm.When she said my bracelet would be ready for pick up same day after 3 pm I was a little hesitant but thought “okay. Cool.” I had 6 charms added. 3 were very tarnished, honestly….but I’ve always been given back a clean bracelet so I expected that today.When it was picked up the 3 very tarnished charms (heart flower & te amo) were still just as tarnished with one looking like they barely tried to clean it (the gingerbread man) All 6 charms that were added also looked like they were rushed to put on the bracelet and in all honesty I’m a little nervous to wear it because I don’t want to lose any charms.I guess I learned my lesson and will not be coming back to this location to add charms.

The staff is usually always friendly and in a great mood, though I will say my last few times I have been in there is one worker who always has a nasty attitude and doesn’t let me tell her where I want my charms, She was very weird but other than that I like this location.

My daughter got me a charm bracelet last year for my birthday. I love all the charms. I have bought so many for both my daughters and granddaughters. I'm glad I have one of my very own now

Angela is always so sweet and welcoming when I go this location. She makes the experience worth it everytime. Her personality is a breath of fresh air. My mom died in April and a situation occurred with the bracelet she bought me. Angela assisted and Handel my situation with grace and empathy which was very appreciated.

My husband purchased a bracelet from this store for my birthday. It needed to be exchanged for a smaller size. He went in the store to do this, and was told it was out of stock and to do a store transfer from Conroe. He was then told it would be a “couple of days”. It’s been a week today. I called on it midweek and he called today. He was told it was being shipped and was sent out today. He could have ordered it from the website and had it in two days. They didn’t want to be bothered with doing a refund in the first place and then took their time getting it and then shipped it. We could have done that. This store’s customer service has never ever been that great. It was very poor this time. Once an item is purchased, they don’t care. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. It does take away from the gift going thorough all of the frustration. Just order off the website and be done with it.
