Had another great experience going to my Jiffy Lube today. Got a complete oil change and a headlight restoration. The manager, Joe, and his staff are very friendly, thorough and helpful in explaining what all needed to be done to my truck. Most importantly, they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I was in and out quickly and the shop is very clean and inviting. Another 5 star visit! Thank you gentlemen

I went in for a state inspection and had an excellent experience. They had a dedicated bay for inspections and even though there were a couple of cars ahead of me, they were very efficient and got my car in quickly. Great job!

My wife went it for the cars annual inspection. We just bought the car from my father in law and he had the oil changed and completely serviced before us buying it. My wife told them just inspection nothing else is needed. They called her back and told her the brake fluid was an inch below the max line and she would fail the “oil inspection” if she didn’t have it filled. She declined. They pressed several more times saying it would fail the mythical oil inspection. When she brought it home I checked the brake fluid. Right on the max line. Total cheats here. Would they give the same dumb story to a man? I doubt it. Sad thing is this is where we went for all our oil changes and inspections. You didn’t have to lie to get more business from us. We won’t be going back

Fast, efficient and reliable. They were very kind, went over everything needed. And they don’t push you to make sales. They know that their customer service will provide. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

The entire staff at Jiffy Lube was very attentive, friendly and professional as they proceeded to perform the service I required. Joseph was very instrumental in keeping me informed and explaining the required parts I needed to complete servicing my vehicle. All was completed in a timely manner, making it a very good experience!

I was deeply touched by the exceptional care and attention I received throughout the process. Everything was handled efficiently, and I truly felt well taken care of. Their thoughtfulness made me feel incredibly valued and at ease. When they showed me my air filter, which was mostly full of black dust, they immediately sent over a new filter within 5 minutes and had me in and out within 20 minutes. The bill was reasonable, and I didn't feel taken advantage of at all. Thanks, Jiffylube. I'll be back for certain.

Was getting a state inspection and would not pass me unless I bought a $40 wiper blade through Jiffy Lube for my passenger side. Then I get home to see they installed it on the wrong side. That is a huge safety issue but they also tried to upsell me on the other wiper, new brake fluid and $100 for 2 air filters.
