This is a wonderful pharmacy. They are very good about verifying prescriptions and notifications are prompt. The experience with pharmacist & employees has been a positive. I switched from ### and this pharmacy has been great! Many thanks to the people who work there.

This place is absolutely terrible. One person will tell you one thing and then another will tell you something completely different. One of the Pharmacy assistants told me they would have my anxiety ready by 5. Another one told me it would be ready by 6 the next day. I get there and a different person told me they had to order it. I then asked if the Pharmacy in Kingwood had any and she said no. I called up there and sure enough they had some. This place is an absolute joke and should be shut down

After calling the pharmacy twice this morning and being placed on hold both times for over 15 minutes, I decided to call my doctor in order to get a refill for my medication. The doctor sent me a message within 10 minutes and I verified my prescription that I needed. Called the pharmacy back and the tech stated she did not leave me on hold for over 15 minutes and then proceeded to tell me that I may not get my prescription today and that would be up to the doctor. I explained I had just verified with the doctor they had sent it over. She was very rude. All of my family have had negative experiences with this pharmacy and have changed. I guess I will now follow suit. I will be changing pharmacies. Too many issues with this pharmacy.

The pharmacist Robert and the tech Ola… SO HELPFUL. I was doing oldest daughter errands and trying to figure out what my dad’s medications were, they were both so so patient with me. Thank you both! So awesome!

After 2 different experiences I will never use Kroger Pharmacy again. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. They won't be able to find your script, don't know their own inventory and will make you wait 24hrs for medication you need immediately.

y'all honestly suck ur rude like tonight i went to the grocery store with my dad and this old bald man asked me and my sister when we were getting something for my dad "are u guys gonna but something or just walk around all night" so disrespectful because we are paying customers. F U BALD MAN.

This pharmacy used to be excellent: polite and fast response—including a text when the scrip is ready. But for several months I’ve been met with curt attitudes and slow response. Just now I called after my Dr phoned a scrip in 2 hrs earlier. He said it should be ready in 20 minutes. It’s nothing but a tube of steroid cream, but I really need it for a spreading infection including a rash. A TUBE. I’m not dying, but I’m miserable. Well, they’re busy. Ok. Then will someone text me when it’s ready. “Do you usually get a text?” With a snotty tone. Uh. They are the ones who have always texted. And been fast and kind. I stopped shopping at Kroger for poor service. I now will also leave the pharmacy. I have used both since they opened ages ago. This is not the same place which is clearly a poor management issue.

Sara Cleveland is the lead pharmacist and her and her crew do an excellent job. Everytime I get a new medicine she can always wonderfully answer all my questions. The crew works hard and efficiently the entire day. They answer the phone asap, and are very polite at all times.
