Had a great experience at Extra Space with Gloria and Lexi. They were very welcoming and kind. They were on top of all the info that I needed. They were quick and efficient to help me with everything that I needed.

I would like to take this time out to recognize GLORIA for awesome customer service and to acknowledge what type of person she is.GLORIA is outstanding, a people person, very nice ,out going ,a very fabulous individual so please with all due respect Tell her I said Thank you for being that person that she is and to never change anything about herself...If we had so many people in this world 🌎 like her it truly would be a better place.....

Lonny was great, great facility. I have been with them for years and NEVER had a problem. Always available to answer questions, clean, smells good, always has carts and overall ... great experience !

These guys have been extremely helpful every step of the way. At one point they noticed my lock had not engaged and called me (I was traveling in a different state) to let me know and offered to sell me and install a new lock. I picked up the key at the front office from Gloria a month later. Very much appreciate their attention to detail!
