Love this place. I find pieces for work and casual events. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and accommodating. It's always a plus to find items on the sales section too.

I love loft! It's my favorite store and this is such a great location. I feel really well cared for by the staff and they are constantly helping when I need to add more items to my changing room.Their sales are great!

Since I was move from CAN to America , I used to shop by LOFT, as always deals & quality best of, when the creepy Pandemic was closed all, I was forgot to shop by LOFT, until 2023, the store is update and costumer service best of, is when you know about good & right costumer service. Ladies there are extremely kind & beautiful & helpful, just I ❤️ It. Thank you so much.

The store is laid out nicely and the clothes are top notch, but they seem to lack enough sizes of whatever it is that I need, which is usually from a new line of clothes. I came in recently to make a rather large purchase and was provided several discounts. One of the items ended up not fitting my daughter so I came back to exchange the item. Not only did they not do a fair trade of another size, they didn't offer me the chance to have an item sent to my home ( I now use that option frequently). The pants and size I needed were not in the store, so I found another pair of pants, different color and size and same price. They would not just do a exchange and honor all the discounts from my original purchase. The manager was there and a college student, but neither of them could get it together to just do the right thing so I ended upPaying an extra 20 dollars. Do better Loft.

Semi-affordable items (if that is such a word). Not anything really special about it. Mediocre looking clothing for women. Its all according to your taste in clothes and some accessories.

The store was organized. However, the employees were incredibly rude and seemed very unhappy to be at work. None of them could even muster the energy to greet customers. Three of the four sales associates seemed annoyed that people were in the store. One of the four employees did ask if I needed help but then joined the other three standing together speaking only amongst themselves. As one of the few women's clothing stores in Kingwood, it is disappointing to see management at this Loft location failing to properly train employees and stress the importance of customer service.

For almost 3 years, I've visited this store, almost same style, no customer service of you be a help is available. This store is small, no a big Loft, but honestly, it could be improved.
