Dee is great!! Very friendly and professional. Clean and inviting atmosphere. Good service and nice outcome, even added extra lashes upon my request. Great products used - my eyes did not itch or become irritated as usual. No negative feedback to give...I would give her six stars if I could. She has definitely won me over to become a long-term client.

Really debated posting this but it’s the 3rd day and my eye keeps getting worse! Got my lashes done here last week & let me start by saying Dee is very very sweet, however, I’ve been having issues with the work itself. I paid an extra $15 for “longer lasting glue” (never heard of such a thing)because if I’m paying $80+ for lashes of course I expect my tech to use the best glue she has right? but ok sure I paid the extra amount, no problem. I came in for the “hybrid” eyelash extensions, and when my lashes were done they made my eyes look droopy, like the lashes were too heavy, the left eye had way less eyelashes than the right eye (first eye she worked on). To make matters worse 3-4 days later the fans were coming right off as I brushed them! After closer inspection I noticed each fan had way too many extensions on ONE SINGLE EYELASH! About 10+ false lashes per eyelash the fans were WAY TOO HEAVY, and some of my lash fans were stuck to other fans. Today I’m going on the 3rd day that I woke up to my right eyelid swollen! I’m going to a doctor to check me out just to make sure I’m ok.I’ve heard before I have a lot of lashes by other eyelash techs so I understand it might’ve got tiring or the session was going for longer than expected but I paid for a service I deserve quality work! Her customer service is perfect, I felt very comfortable and even fell asleep! However, the lashes were terrible. The quality lash she uses is like plastic and the installation was incredibly messy. I had to go to another lash specialist the next week and when she looked at my lashes she said she would be surprised if I had any lashes left. My new lashes feel like velvet and are incredibly comfortable. It was way more expensive. So truly -- you get what you paid for.

I'm so glad I decided to get lashes here! Dee is professional and talented. I got a refill three weeks after my full set and retained most of my lashes. I can probably stretch it out to 4 weeks, next time. If you have any issues, she will hear you out and see how she can fix it without the fuss! Thank you Dee.

Luxe Lash & Makeup Lounge is the best in all of Houston! I went to Luxe Lash & Makeup Lounge for eyelash extensions. The service was phenomenal! D, the technician, who did my eyelash extensions: was a perfectionist, and insured I was nothing less than satisfied with the result.
