I am editing my review to give 1 star, if I could give zero I would. I got this storage unit when I moved to the area a few months ago. Everything was fine until we discovered large rat feces on our belongings and dead roaches in our unit. I contacted Sari about this and was told that it was probably coming from an old rat infestation that was in the ceiling and that because of Hurricane Beryl, it must have been disturbed and fallen from the ceiling. This explanation was ridiculous. But Sari assured me that there was not a rat or bug problem. I cleaned up the rat feces myself and when we returned to the unit a few days later, there was more rat feces. There is obviously a rat infestation here. I spoke with Sari again and informed her that I would be vacating the unit because of this, and because no solution was offered to me, not even a discount of any sort. Instead, after I got my belongings out, I had a few boxes of trash that needed to be discarded. Because they don't allow you to use the dumpster on the premises (which is insane given the amount I paid every month for this unit)I let Sari know I planned on getting it the next day. When I went back to Metro, my code no longer worked. Instead I get a text saying that I will be charged for leaving the trash and that I will be charged another months rent for the unit. This is absolutely insane to me. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a storage unit. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great place for storage! Staff is awesome and friendly and they are Johnny on the spot when you need anything. I would use again and definitely refer people here!

We have had storage here for years. The property is clean, secure, and the staff are WONDERFUL. Sari is so helpful and always a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend over other storage facilities in the area.

Sari at Metro Storage is THE BEST!??
She is wonderful - very patient and explains it all thoroughly and easily so I understand.
I used them for 10 years prior and now I’m back again. Their property is soundly built to weather our storms and the customer service is beyond EXCELLENT. So happy to see she was still here when I returned this morning! I’d give ten stars if I could!!!?
This property is BY FAR the best in Kingwood. I can depend that the structure will withstand our storms and hurricanes. I never worry my belongings will be ruined or stolen - they are safe and sound. Peace of mind.
I would not use any other storage in Kingwood.
