I told them I found a better rate and they got upset, they don't have to make things difficult and make it harder for me to cancel. Very childish and unprofessional.

worst customer service, you request information and they tell you we have nothing call the insurance company and they will give it you all the information you need. Pronto as a company should have a history of you documents and payments. please void the headache with this company.

I left Pronto after being with them for years but I returned they were very helpful and got a new policy with them
