Mr. Darden has prepared my taxes for the past several years. I left my last CPA because they didn't have time to file my taxes on time and just wanted to file an extension each year. Not acceptable when many years you owe. Couldn't be more pleased with my change!

I am so appreciative of the work Ronnie Darden gave to our family, not to mention his great personality. Yet his insight to understanding the tax systems and laws is a credit to his knowledge and wisdom. It should be noted that if you need help go find Mr. Darden and watch the glass (inside joke). This guy is a joke! He asked us to bring the past 10 years of taxes. He sat there trying to impress us with his stories yet had never heard of a simple capital improvement issue and was rude when I questioned him about it. He wouldn't even look at the documents we brought. He kept saying we need to go get more! Then, I pulled out one of the prior returns and found the information for him!!! We left feeling robbed. He charged us $200! He doesn't even have his own office or staff. We went to Aurelia E Weems CPA. They have their own office with staff. They only charge $150 for a consultation. This guy is arrogant, unprofessional, and does not know all he claims.

I happened to come across Mr. Darden via a Google search some years ago, and he has turned out to be one of my most valued resources for my businesses. He's above and beyond being an absolute expert at what he does as he's extremely personable and kind, witty (and even funny!), knowledgeable, down to earth, and easy to talk to. TOO easy, TBH, because we can easily spend an hour on the phone after work talking about financial matters, current news, and life in general. He helped me with my S Corp taxes and made a stressful situation stress-free. I appreciate him very much and recommend him highly to anyone looking for an awesome professional CPA.

Mr. Darden is an excellent CPA. He provides professional service coupled with genuine concern for his clients. He stays connected with you long after tax season. This was the BEST experience I have ever had. Mr. Darden has a passion for helping individuals starting up their own businesses and REALLY takes the time to do so.
