I’m so happy Greg was the tech to come out and service my equipment. He was very informative patient and explained everything to me that wasn’t explained to me in the beginning. The next time I need service I pray and hope CRAIG will be the one to come out and service me. Thanks again, CRAIG.

I work in the same business complex where this happened and witness the events through our windows which is in the same building as the martial arts studio. What Trinia says happen is false. She came flying through our business park at about 40 mph and almost hit one of their employees and building . She had her kids in the car and proceeded to yell at those employees then threatened to go get her husband. Which she did and he was out there confronting the employees with her kids in the car. Rotech employees should have called the cops on this family for harassment and threatens. On top of that posting personal information about them. Shows you what kind of person this Trinia person is.

Frustrating company. Instead of setting up an appointment for me to see which CPAP mask will work and fit they did an AI sort of thing. The mask doesn’t fit correctly. I have multiple friends that were actually fitted. To get the proper fit, Rotech will take 1.5 weeks to send out the proper size when I can order on Amazon 2 day delivery. They have called me nearly everyday, the last call to see what I ordered on Amazon so they could make note of it to send it out next time instead of what I have. Per insurance company I only have a certain amount of time to change mask types. I don’t recommend using this company unless you set up for a fitting.

We have been a customer for a couple years. Always happy with a guy that brings my oxygen tanks and other supplies when needed . His name is MARTIN very helpful takes my tanks to the other room because neither my wife for me can do that . Very kind and courteous

I couldn't be more satisfied with the Spring, Tx office and their handling an out of state customer who traveled from Atlanta for medical reasons. As I need oxygen at night it was a seamless request and accomplished in 1 day. My consentrator was just delivered (on Saturday) and George couldn't haven been more accomodating. Thanks again Rotech ... you really came throught for me!!!Peggy Kilfeather

Pamela nor Lyn spoke very good English. They were unable to give an driver ETA or even confirm anyone was on the way to my elderly parent. The reason was because they couldn't place outside calls, which is why you don't base your call center in India. Both Pamela and Lyn came across very uncompassionate, and failed to recognize the urgency of life saving oxygen.

Very disappointed in their customer service! Ordered my new CPAP, doctor set me up with them. Told them what mask I needed, and when I finally received my new equipment, I had received the wrong mask. I tried to make it work, but it was a no go. I had reached out to them concerning the issue and by the time I finally got a call back, I had already secured a new mask elsewhere. They still charged me for the mask. Tried to call and get this straightened out but they keep bouncing me around because it was a billing issue, then a shipping issue, and the excuses kept coming. Really frustrating to have to pay for their mistake…and I have a brand new, worthless mask I can’t use!

RoTech is much more concerned with billing your insurance than anything else. At first, they called me all the time to make sure I was using the CPAP, but once the insurance company was satisfied my claim was legit I never heard from RoTech again. Then, when I wanted to order supplies, one of the choices was "everything that I am qualified for." What? RoTech doesn't care whether you need it or not, they just want to sell it to you, and bill your insurance company. Lastly, I asked what the charge would be for the supplies and the response was "well, you'll have to check with your insurance carrier to see what they cover!" Well, no. I'll just buy the supplies off eBay. At least I know what I'm getting, and what I'm paying for it. A company like this should not be in business...they exist solely to bill your insurance, patient service is way down the list of their priorities.

This company has the worst customer service associates I have ever encountered. After almost 2 weeks and 2 different phone calls I was told my Durable.medical supply was rejected because they reserve their medical equipment for their patients that's have oxygen through their company. This is one of the only local supply companies in network with my insurance and I was completely rejected and dismissed by Jessica after her coworker Zoey told me days before that I just needed to have my doctor re fax over the request. Apparently according to Jessica, Zoey was new and didn't have the correct information. When asked to speak to the manager who Jessica would only give me a first name of DENA. I was placed on ignore for 27 minutes and she never came back to the phone. All I wanted was DANA'S last name. Their website does not reflect anything to the fact that's Jessica told me about only receiving a walker if I have oxygen through their company. I can breat6just fine..I just have mobility issues, but I guess that doesn't matter to thus company.

this our first time having to use oxygen at home. this review for your technician Greg who came out to deliver the oxygen machine to our house, he was very professional, Good mannered customer service and patient and kind to answer our questions in how to use the machine since it's our first time.

Paid bills that were sent to our address and paid through our bank for documented record. Company sent an email today saying we had not paid but our bank reports they cashed the check. Inconvenient but we will have to find another service provider.
