I recently switched to TruMed, and I'm so glad I did. My previous Pharmacy was ok but kinda rude. TruMed has not only been professional, friendly, but they are very quick to fill my scripts. They have a couple of super convenient ways to receive them. I have mine delivered to my door, but they also have curbside pick up, or instore options.

Hands down Best Pharmacy I’ve used thus far! Not your typical Walgreens or CVS everyone there is so personable. Excellent communication and they even delivered my medication to me! The staff and the Pharmacist himself has been in consistent contact with me regarding my medications. They went over and beyond to get my meds that were on back order. I highly recommend this pharmacy if you’re looking for a personal experience!

Today was my first time visiting this pharmacy and has been by far the easiest pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The pharmacy was very clean, staff was welcoming, and service was excellent!! I was in and out in no time, definitely will recommend.

TruMed was amazing! The staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! I like that they can deliver my prescriptions to me so that it doesn't interfere with my normal day to day! I received my Johnson and Johnson vaccine here and they made the process so easy! Thanks again to the TruMed staff!

Great neighborhood pharmacy was able to get all my questions answered about my medicine. Great atmosphere got my medicine filled in 15 minutes he was also able to order something for me got it the very next day. And was able to deliver it to me with no problem. I will definitely be back again.

Let me first start by saying how great the customer service is. It was hard for me to let go of Wal-Mart but this change was the best change I could have done. They treat you like VIP and even offer delivery! DELIVERY!!! You can't beat that.

Tru Med Pharmacy went over and beyond to ensure I had my medication. I normally filled my prescriptions at a large retailer who no longer would fill my prescription. My insurance company located Tru Med Pharmacy and advised me to contact the pharmacy and speak with Truman. He was very professional understanding and got right on it! He was in the process of becoming contracted with my insurance but that did not stop him from ensuring I was supplied with my meds. He called me the next day and advised me my meds were ready. Unfortunately, I was in the emergency room, he showed empathy and compassion and also offered to deliver my meds and when I got home I had my them. I hadn't taken them in almost a week. I am truly grateful for this new pharmacy on the Eastside of Houston. Thank You Tru Med Pharmacy
