I have been coming to this location for years. Everytime Edna is working she greets me with smile and ask me if I need any help. She treats customers as family. Edna is very knowledgeable on all type of alcohol yall provide for the public. This store is my first choice when I need to get a bottle or 2 adult drinks for a party or just to sip at the house. Twin liquors is true blessed to have her as a staff member.

Greeted by the Team with excellent service.
Store is very clean and organized.
Amanda the new store manager was phenomenal! Her energy, enthusiasm and passion was infectious.
I will go the extra mile to get that service.

Reading the other reviews and seeing multiple claims of racism is concerning. If this is in fact truthful criticism, I would say I'd change my review to a 1 star. With that being said, that wasn't my personal experience. John was running the show and he was extremely helpful. I'm not a big drinker and he showed me some of his favorite concoctions to make a drink taste good. I now have a new favorite cocktail thanks to his advice. Based off of my experience alone, I'd say it was worthy of the 5 stars.
All that being said, if racism is a problem at this store, ya'll really need to get your shit together. I haven't had the misfortune of meeting this Ashley girl but she sounds like a nightmare given that nobody has anything nice to say about her.

Absolutely horrible establishment and rude customer service. Both the elder lady and heavy set lady mumbled (or at least tried to) racial comments that I could hear!!!. Will not be returning to this establishment!

I USED to go to this liquor store everytime i needed to buy alcohol, until they outright REFUSED SERVICE! I am 21 years of age! They told me my ID looks fake, and that they “seen me with a highschool ID”. I graduated 3 YEARS AGO! The employees just don’t want customers I guess. I understand I look young, but this is just insanity. No proof of me being underage.. they just told me they couldn’t serve me. What a joke, I’ll take my business elsewhere, where they’ll actually SERVE ME! Not only did they not serve me, but i’ve heard racist remarks coming from the cashiers the few times i’ve been here. The manager Ashely, needs to learn better customer service.

I normally go in here when I don't feel like going to the big liqour stores. These past few times I have been in there they watched me like a hawk. Curly hair grey head lady was stocking and when she saw me bend down to get the triple sec she stopped sticking to watch my every move. So did the little short girl. Made me feel really uncomfortable. Will not be going back! I'm African American so maybe they have had a few thefts. Not sure but everybody of color does not steal!

These guys know their stuff. They were helpful, friendly and have a great selection. You can go to any Liquor store, but if you need good service and friendly people, this is the place. It's clean, upscale and well-stocked.There is no reason to go any place else. If you are camping, you can go to the H-E-B next door and then pop in into this place before heading back. Love it.

Besides Edna, the rest of their staff, especially Ashley the manager is rude and very lazy. She preferres to socialize with her visiting "buddies" rather than providing customer service like Edna always has done. I will never put another footstep into that store.
