Worst u-haul experience i have ever had. Over booked tucks they don't have. When the pressure started to mount the manager Stephanie broke down and started crying g saying I can't ha die this this is too much. Super professional. The outside crew is clueless to anything going on inside the store and take 30-45 minutes to get a truck ready. Will never use this u-haul again

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from this U-Haul location. The truck I rented was in poor condition, I had to wait an hour and a half for Roadside assistance, and was still charged a fee for returning the rental after hours. The unprofessionalism and lack of customer service at this location are unacceptable. I will not be leasing another truck or trailer from U-Haul in the future.

If I can give a 20 out of 10 stars I will This uhaul location in kingwood tx , is the best that I have ever been , great customer service, very professional, Melissa was great, fríendly , professional , she knows her business and went above and beyond to meet our needs , we rented a truck that originally was too small for our move because they didn’t have the size we needed available , we had to make another reservation for another truck in another uhaul location and had to travel another hour to get it , but Melissa made happen and got us the truck we need and save us time and money , we felt so comfortable with the services we were obtaining from her that we ending renting moving pads and bought moving boxes from them because their services were excellent and exceeded our expectations , this uhaul location was our one stop shop for our move !!

I’m a pregnant mom who only has time to deal with both of the units that I was sold at night time and the sign clearly says that they keep the air between certain temperatures for our comfort yet it’s always on 90 and up every single night that I come in. I threw up on the floor multiple times because of the conditions. They are forcing people to deal with after hours.
I told my husband to leave it so that they could clean it themselves when they got there in the morning since they want to be evil about the after hour temperatures .
