AS GREAT BRCAUSE THE AGENT WAS SO EFFICIENT AND EXPLAINED NEW PHONE AND INTERNET.
I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE INTERNET HE CAME OUT AFTER STORE CLOSING TO CHECK THE PROBLEM.
HE TRIED TO TROUBLE SHOOT AND THE NEXT DAY CAME OUTVAGAIN AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM WITH SECERAL PHONE CALLS.
I AM ECSTATIC ABOUT MY NEW PHONE TAKING AWESOME PICTUES BECAUSE I HAVE A COMPANY WHERE I TAKE A LOT OF PICTURES.
BUT THIS AGENT NAmed
HARGUN ANAND.
HE WENT ABOVE TWICE COMING OUT TO THE HOUSE AND GOT MY INTERNET STARTED.
WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
HE NEEDS TO BE IN CORPORATE OFFICE.
HIS SERVICE AND EXPERTICE AND SHOWING CUSTOMER HOW TO SET UP EVEN VOICE MAIL AND FURTHER KNOWLEDGE ON THE PHONE.
HE KNEW I WAS LEAVING TO GO IUT OF TOWN HE MASE SURE C EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!!!
WOW HE NEEDS A RAISE FOR THE BEST AGENT I EVER HAD.

Went in for my phone activation. This is the best verizon store I've ever been to. The owner/manager took excellent care of me and everything I needed. Best place you can ever go for any verizon needs.
