This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They never have your prescriptions ready in a timely manner, there are always issues,. They are not dependable and that is very important when dealing with a pharmacy.

Attempted to develop film from 2 disposable cameras and was informed it would take 60 days! That’s insane. No bueno.

No self check outs like the pharmacy two blocks down. I had one thing to check out and the lady in front of me proceeded to perform 4 separate transactions and then argue about her coupons not working. Drive 30 seconds further into kingwood to save yourself time.

Another useless pharmacy counter. They called the store off West Lake Houston to confirm they had the meds in stock. Get to West Lake Houston, and they don't know their left from right. To no ones shock, they didn't have it in stock.

Exceptional service, fast prescriptions fills. Derek is unbelievably helpful and kind, as are all of the pharmacy staff I’ve dealt with. Switched from Atascocita and I am amazed at the difference!

Dr. Johnson is the kindest, most thorough pharmacist I’ve ever known! He listens, he’s patient and gives great advice on supplements and self care in addition to wisdom on our prescriptions. He treats you like family.

Mr. Derrick that works at the pharmacy is nothing short of amazing. He was very helpful in filling my medications in a very timely manner. I only go to this location to refill any medications.

I want to thank Shay for helping today. She definitely went above and beyond this evening. I got my poster from the military service developed here and I didn’t know the app wasn’t saving my discount but she definitely helped me. Thank you for helping me! The pharmacy is very rude and does not provide quality customer service. They didn't call me for 2 days to say my prescription was ready. My insurance requested the prescription to be transferred to CVS and they did not. I called later in the day asking if Walgreens could transfer it, as CVS advised they were waiting for that process to fill my order. The lady who answered immediately of the top was aggressive and cut me off while I was talking. She stated my order was filled with them but did I still want it to go to CVS with a very snarky tone. I asked why wasn't I emailed or called with an update that my medicine was ready as they did not update me the day before causing me to get my insurance involved. She snapped back saying they don't call or send text messages. That was a full lie. When I hung up minutes later I got a text stating my medicine was ready...I will no longer fill me or my kids prescription's at this location on Atascocita Blvd. It was too much of an unwanted hassle and a very uncomfortable interaction, leaving me not to trust them.

Saturday pharmacist and technician were absolutely repulsive. My mother was released from the hospital and stopped to get her prescription before driving back home, where her regular pharmacy had closed at 1p and was closed on Sunday. The pharmacist treated my mother disgustingly and talked to her with EXTREME disrespect. She went as far as calling the nurses station to confirm the diagnosis of my mother before saying she would fill it, but just this one time. My mother who I have not seen cry in pain my entire life was in tears for a week before finally going to hospital and being admitted. This was a valid prescription. Both the pharmacist and the tech should have done their job. Treating my mom the way they did is absolutely unacceptable. Zero care or concern for my mom. Unfriendly from the very beginning. Terrible people.

Walgreens Pharmacy located 4445 Kingwood Dr. is the WORST pharmacy I've ever worked with. The staff lie and tell you whatever is needed to move you on. They blame the insurance and doctors office but when they are called by doctor and/or insurance company they flat out LIE! This group is the most incompetent group of morons I've ever dealt with. If you have a choice of pharmacies DO NOT go here, you will waste your time and sanity dealing with idiots. My mind is blown to how many untrained pharmaceutical technicians work at this store. 4445 Kingwood Dr - Walgreens pharmacy get an F for effort!

This place has 0 management. Times say they close at 10pm on Google. Times say they close at 9pm at store. You show up and there's a print out paper made my employee with hours closing at 7pm. Workers and pharmacy are very lazy, zero motivation at this location.
