I went in there today to pick up a few things....the beauty consultant whose name is Liz is amazing at her job. She helped me pick out products that I needed, gave me recommendations,told me about samples they had at her counter. If anyone needs help or has questions about any beauty or skin product >>> Liz is the person to go to. I would recommend this Walgreens to anyone out there.

The worst pharmacy I have ever used, my fault I suppose for hoping beyond hope things would get better but don't think they have ever had a prescription ready at the promised time and with no complicating factors.

Employers have no sense of urgency what so ever! Went in, took me about 3 min to get snack… took 15+ at check out

Pharmacy has THE WORST customer service in town. Every person you talk to has an attitude and every person will tell you a different time your prescription is ready. Unprofessional and unorganized

The pharmacy is terrible. Charged me for a Covid test and never received my results. Technician from the pharmacy rudely said it would be in my email in 10 minutes after she had already said 30-40 minutes prior to that. Have yet to answer calls. Ridiculous.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is by far the worst place to get your prescription. The doctor will send it in and they will not fill it u til you call to check on it or go by and they tell you to come back. The line moves so slow!!!! The pharmacy crew does not care about moving cars quickly. They will leave you sitting there until they close! They left my elderly Dad sitting, stuck second in line for an hour to get the prescription that he had come for the 3rd time that day. They kept telling him different times to get it then would push it later. The 3rd time he went, the lady in front of him had questions. Which I understand. But they should have directed her to go inside or call the pharmacy. He had to call the pharmacy to tell them he was stuck in line and needed to leave. They are soooo terrible!

Never ask for your prescription to be delivered- especially if needed !! I requested my meds yesterday it was too be delivered- Pharmacy called that it didn’t make it so it would be delivered in the early morning here it is 2:30 pm - called Walgreens just now she said not till 5:30pm SO INCONSIDERATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL NEVER AFAIN

Slow. Inept. Uncaring. Long hold times on the phone. Long lines in store. Longer lines in the drive through. Why? Because no one can get their prescription filled here without encountering some sort of issue. How do I know? Talking to the people in line, waiting and waiting and waiting. Probably the worst pharmacy experience you can imagine. People are highly stressed — both the employees and the customers. I’ll keep going to the little Neighborhood Walmart across the street and my husband will switch.

This pharmacy is extremely unorganized. I got an Rx prescribed for simple antibiotics even generic if they didn’t have the real brand. They said give them 20 min, I gave them 30 min. They asked for another 15 min, I gave them an 1 1/2 hours. Only one Rx was ready. They gave an excuse of why my other Rx wasn’t ready and I needed to call my doctor office. I had to call my doctor office and they not had a clue why Walgreens isn’t able to fill my Rx.

This location is severely understaffed. I’ve been trying to get a prescription filled for two days, they lost the first request from my doctors office and the second request was put in as an urgent request and have still been waiting over 6 hours with no call back. One pharmacist was quite rude and one was helpful but didn’t follow up as promised. Just overall understaffed and if you don’t have days to wait, find another location.

Terrible for vaccines……don’t advertise them if you have such a horrible process. I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago, only to waste 40 minutes driving up there and back home after being told they weren’t certified to give the vaccine I needed. They blamed the appointment process, but they couldn’t look at what was booked and call me to let me know? Lazy.

Prescription was called in on 3/21. Went in to pick it up on 3/23. Was told they are out of both items and it will be in on Monday. Was never called, nor was a text or voice message sent to inform me. Now, it is Monday, 3/25. Only one prescription was ready, and I was told they still need to order the other prescription. Bye, Walgreens.

Everything is so overpriced and usually out of stock. I came today to quickly grab something I needed and ended up standing in insanely slow lines. My “quick trip” ended up being half an hour because of how slow everyone is here.
