The bank is wonderful and incredibly helpful when needed. The staff is friendly, nice and very helpful. The ladies here are simply amazing and always give excellent service. The customer is greeted as soon as they walk in the door and have a pleasant experience with warmth and professionalism. Wallis Bank at Almeda is reliable and a wonderful bank to work with. The people go above and beyond to take care of us, thoughtful and patient service. Customer satisfaction is a top priority and the staff always do their best.
This location treats you like family, the staff is interested in you as a person, friendly, accommodating, if something comes up that is questionable, they may call you, I would not think about going anywhere else for my business and personal banking.
