This Walmart Neighborhood Market is great: easy to access, lots of self-check-out counters and a nice discount bakery rack. I also like that it is so much smaller than a typical Walmart, making for a quicker trip to get in for groceries and get back out again. I was also happily surprised to learn that I could order items online through Walmart.com and pick them up at this location.
This Walmart has become my go-to curbside grocery pick up. The associates are prompt & pleasant: true professionals! They make the entire experience more enjoyable. :)
I would give this store five stars if it carried more organic items in general & plant proteins like tofu and vanilla soy milk in particular. Overall, it's a great place to stop & quickly shop.

Was a very quick and friendly experience. Took 15 minutes of my time and I don’t regret it.

Well it's like a Walmart but smaller. Like just a grocery and hygiene type stuff. Convenient if you live in the area but maybe not so much if you're coming in from Lubbock to get groceries.

This is not a super Walmart but the people are nice and the store is always clean. I can always find what I'm looking for and even somethings I'm not.

It would be appreciated when closing your store early if you would put up signs indicating that

We went to return some fans we did not use because we bought the wrong ones. When we approached the customer service desk me and my wife were talking and Christine the cashier there ignored us for 10 minutes we didn't mind. What made us upset was her tone was so rude and all she said was so do yall need help we nicely responded yes her whole mood and body langue was off she was upset at whatever she was upset . We proceeded to return the fans not open might you add still sealed in the box. She asked what was wrong with them we told her we purchased the wrong ones. She then got a box cutter and opened the un open fans " to make sure everytbing was there" why? I have no clue if they were completely sealed in the box. We did remind her that were all having bad times with this inconvenience of the current situation we have going on . The entire interaction was horrible and she didn't seem to care or bothered by her actions . It was definitely one of the worse experience at this walmart. I did record the entire situation because her customer service was just so terrible.

This neighborhood Walmart is unbelievably disrespectful. Discriminational. Just downright rude! I was in there with my neighbor and my nephew and one of your associates decided to stop us and look directly at my neighbor and tell him that he's no longer welcome in the store over something that happened over a year ago. Y'all need to let bygones be bygones because he is correct why would you let somebody else use the phone but he couldn't do such a thing. That somebody else was a customer. They both work customers and you're very disrespectful to him. I don't appreciate the rudeness and disrespect that you give your store. Either you get new owners or have that Walmart closed down. We are disabled adults and you have no right to disrespect us in any way shape or form. This upsets me to no end. Have respect for your customers because if you're not going to have respect for your customers you're in the wrong damn business!

This is my go to grocery store, we call it “the little Walmart “, it’s convenient and close to everything in Kingwood. The people here are super friendly and helpful, especially Andrea. The only problem is that here lately they have completely stopped stocking some of my family’s main staples. Certain cereals that have always been there, gone, cleaning supplies, gone, and now they have done away with the almond milk that I have always gotten there, this means that I will no longer be able to do my grocery shopping here and will have to go to the “big Walmart “ which I do not enjoy at all. Why do they keep getting rid of regular everyday items?

The freakin Dike at the entrance had an attitude. If you’re going to hire those people, teach them how to talk to customers

Thank you to Patricia who works in self checkout. Today was my first time getting groceries with my newborn by myself and when I came to the self checkout, she started helping scan my items without either of us saying a word. She went above and beyond anything I would have expected and I am grateful for her thoughtfulness.
