I am waiting for getting a brain bypass surgery for three months. Taking medications is my life saver, because If I didn't take them correctly. I would be die! I requested refills the medicine to this pharmacy a few days ago. my mobile App said "sorry it's running late", then it was just showed up "OUT OF STOCK!" after I waited 48 hours! This should not happened to anybody specially who lives with a disability!!

I was on hold for 15 mins then finally someone picks up the phone and hangs up! I call back and after another 10-15 mins on hold it just rings now. Elevator music gone just plain ringing but no answer! This is EVERT TIME I call!

Yesterday morning I saw my GP who diagnosed a serious infection and called in three prescriptions (antiviral, antibiotic, and steroid). I expected to pick them up in a few hours so I could start right away, since time was of the essence. I received no phone call or text that the prescriptions would be delayed. I logged into the website around 3p, and it indicated that they would be available by 9a the next day. While not ideal, I figured I could wait that long. I logged in to the website again before going to bed and another day had been added, with projected fulfillment 2 days (!) from when they were called in. (Still no phone call or text.) These types of medicines should be filled timely and, if that is not possible, the patient should be advised ASAP to go elsewhere. This is, I think, the third time I've encountered delays like this. In other instances, they admitted they sent the prescriptions to a fulfillment center in Dallas or somewhere to then be shipped to them for release to patients. This makes no sense for certain types of medications (especially new starts, antimicrobials, steroids, etc.). It is beyond comprehension how a pharmacy can use such processes for medicines that are urgently needed. After decades of being a Walgreens customer, I transferred my prescriptions elsewhere (and they were filled promptly!). I should've made the change sooner.

I have my expectations set to high, medications ready within a few hours, insurance information updated, and good customer service. If these matter to you then go anywhere else.

After she realized who I was and my family, she was super nice. It is interesting how things work that way. I use CVS now for prescriptions. They are fast and efficient. I will up my stars for the niceness.

Terrible customer service experience last night. I waited over 2.5 hours for a single new script to be filled for a common antibiotic. Mgr just smirked and laughed. I think I'll be moving my business to HEB. I've had issues in the past with this location but last night was the worst. Always understaffed and the people they do have working couldn't care less. Not somewhere you want to be when you feel sick and just need your scripts!

I have always has excellent service at this pharmacy. Sometimes you do have to wait in line as it is a busy place; however, my prescriptions are filled quickly and they are always friendly. I have been to several pharmacies in this area before this one with terrible service.

check hours before you go. call and confirm as they close pharmacy earlier than the store. 9pm weekdays and 6pm weekends. most of the time there is a wait. not even the express line for pick up will help because there.is only 1 person for the window the phone and the front pharmacy counter. pack your patience. other than being short staffed the staff is kind and patient

Uncaring Pharmacists that are low life's and could care less if you do business with them or not. Typical of a foreign owned liberal communist company like WBA! I just unloaded all of my equity holdings earlier today because of this location.

Back open after sustaining major flood damage during Harvey. Their pharmacy isn't as efficient as the HEB across the street but they are better than the CVS. This location isn't open 24 hours, but they are open late. Honestly, I've used this store for last minute school project supplies more than once. Walgreens serves its purpose and it came back when so many others didn't. That warrants 4*s by itself. Perfect? No. Better than nothing? Absolutely! Also they have redbox located on premises.

Great place to go if you have a sick kid and feel like waiting 3 hours for a prescription. Of course when they finally say it's ready, it's not because they have to mix it. Obviously they never asked for your insurance update so count on another 20 minutes of your life.

Its close to my home and convenient, Took them a very long time to get the drive thru working and still only have one open. The robo call calls ur phone and says your product is ready for pickup.on two occasions i drove there, waited my turn as there is only one window open, and was told it would be another 10 or 15 minutes for it to be ready. Very bad customer service.cant wait for cvs to open back up. As soon as they open my business goes there. 3 stars are given only for location.

So glad to have this location back after Hurricane Harvey! I never have any trouble finding what I need here, and I'm usually able to check out promptly. I hope this location continues to do well, as many of the businesses in that shopping center have not returned after the flooding. They really do their best!
