“Lived here for almost 3 years! All of the reviews from about a year ago, Lacey and others have worked tremendously hard to fix and make right! The quality of the apartments and price are shockingly good. The maintenance man is so helpful and gets things fixed very quickly. Jan, lead lady, is amazing and has always been so helpful. Lacey, the assistant, is also extremely helpful! She has learned most of the systems really quickly and is very kind. The playground, gym room, and trash/ parking lots are never super messy. The laundry room needs some love, but most people use the washer and dryer hookups in their apartment. Honestly was sad to go, I loved these apartments!”

“If you came to read the honest and truthful review from a new resident and who’s actually from Texoma you’ve found it! Just like anybody else I went straight to the reviews to see what was said about this complex before touring it. Biggest thing that stood out was the change from negative to positive reviews about the new management which I loved to see. Means the new management is handling business and putting their tenants first.My leasing agent was Lynn who was genuine and patient and listened to what you were looking for in your next home. Myself coming from sales recognizes the above and beyond from another and let me tell you she’s the definition of it. Office closes around 5:30 I don’t get off till 5:30 she stayed with no hesitation for me to come and tour and most apartments around here wouldn’t wait. She was positive and consistent throughout the whole leasing experience. Starts with the staff and this is the result: It’s quiet, very reasonably priced, clean, and safe. I was honestly shocked after moving in to find out how peaceful it is living here. Being from this area I might have judged this book by its cover initially but I’m glad I opened it and turned the page to find such a hidden gem. Thank you Kelly and Lynn for restoring and revitalizing affordable living in Texoma. Take a tour I’m glad I did. God bless”
