I freguent premiere freightliner at Bonnie view and i. 20 in dallas Tx for my company.the 1st person I usually see is Tay at the entry gate. She always so helpful, professional, kind and informative as she gets all the information to keep you and your vehicle safe. Larry is helpful also. The next person I see and talk to is Alisha, who I can’t say enough about her professionalism, fast service and attention to details to make sure you taken care of. Finally there is Marcus who I usually deal with when picking up the repaired vehicle. Dealing with this dealership and this staff is indeed a great experience. Especially Tay. She really is awesome at her job and customer service.

Very disappointed in them. They have had our motorhome 2 weeks and keep getting the run around. One minute it will be fixed and then the next it it's not.

Would give less stars if I could. Low rent company. Needed roadside to get my semi up and running. Ordered the part through them and opted to have them install it too. I had already spent all night under the truck. Had cleaned up. Didn’t want to get dirty again. He installs part quickly. Then runs the computer to the truck. Does a forced regen. Then packs up and starts to write the bill while I have lights and a derate still on my dash. Tell the technician he needs to run and scr efficiency test to check that the sensor replaced fixed the issue. And clear the codes and derate. He looks confused and asked if that’s the route I want to go. Well yeah of course. I want to be able to drive the truck. So he does it. Or so he says.i learned this after the fact but an scr efficiency test takes 1.5-2 hours. He ran a forced regen and let me hit the road again. I broke down the next day of course. They tried to charge me for more hours than they were there as well. Originally my bill was $3033.39
For a nox sensor replacement $500 dollar part. And the computer work.
After calling and having them explain the billing and hours work done my bill magically went to $2300 and some change. Scum bags.

My car died on me and I stopped here to go and get another battery. They were very nice to let me park my car there during this time.

I have found PTG to be very handy in my transportation business. I only regret losing the extra day on Sunday for purchasing parts. Even some afternoon hours would help on Sunday. I feel it would still be profitable for PTG to do this. Waiting till 8 a.m. Monday is a killer!

My dad broke down (for the 2nd time this week) near Dallas. He drives a flatbed & was broken down in another state where they said they fixed the issue… NOT. So he chose to go outside of the city to this facility in Howe, TX to get his truck checked out. It has been broke on the side of the road for a day and a half in a severe heat wave with an alarm on the dash beeping at him the entire time. He was able to get towed to this facility on Sunday evening and Monday morning they brought him in first thing. The guys working here were so kind & were so quick and efficient. Actually fixed the issue & got him back on the road. They brought him some water and a paper bowl for his pup to drink out of while they waited. They got him out in half a day & they were so kind. 100% recommend this place! Brandon was awesome and I appreciate them soo much for taking such good care of my dad and getting his flatbed back on the road after his terrible weekend broken down!

Had motorhome PM service. Waited 3 times longer than estimated. More than 100% increase in cost from 2020.
